Took delivery of a car on the 10th very friendly ,bebe an asset to the company lovely young lady very helpful in southampton found a car sorted same day a short delay part exchanged my car no problems .
Came back couple of days later and was given a service to the car complimentary thank you very happy with service all staff from office to garage staff lovely and helpful

Absolutely brilliant service from Prestige Cars. Charlie was fantastic throughout the entire process from sourcing the car to offering reassurance and guidance along the way. Always happy and quick to respond to any questions. Elliot was also brilliant on handover, managed to get the CLA ready on a quick turnaround and arranged a smooth and straightforward pick up. Both lads offered great service throughout and still following the purchase were both happy to answer any questions. Would certainly recommend and will be getting any future cars from these guys. Good communication from start to finish. Clear instruction and help with finance arrangements. Car was exactly as described. In fact a little better as mileage was advertised a little higher than it actually was. Only down side was the delivery charge. Obviously not Prestige fault as I live so far away, but £450 was a big chuck to pull out as extra payment. All in all good to deal with tho.

I purchased a car 2 weeks ago. They said, "Let us know when you're coming to pick it up so we can do a thorough check before you pick it up!" The checks weren’t done because the back door doesn't open with the central locking, and the wing mirrors don’t fold in, which I’ve told them about when I test-drove the vehicle, but nothing was done!

Placed a deposit on a car, went through the whole process and they decide to sell it to someone else. A waste of time, tried upselling a more expensive car, very fishy smell in the air. Don't trust they even have any cars. Will be reporting.

WOW WOW WOW. I’ve never known a car dealer like Al prestige’s cars in Southampton. Bought a Lexus yesterday and part exchanged my old car. Every step of the process from A-Z was made as easy as comfortable to understand, staff were absolutely spot on from the office all the way to the in-house garage mechanics, going above and beyond their duty to make sure you got exactly what you came for. I’ve even been offered a complimentary engine service while I was waiting to collect my new car. Be-Be and her colleague were unbelievable, very professional and accommodating. I’ll definitely be recommending to friends and family back in London. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work.
