From start to completion, the service was excellent. From being shown round the showroom at Bradley & Colne Bridge, discussing all aspects of each design, reviewing the different styles and finishes and being able to choose one we felt suited our thoughts, this was a very good customer supplier experience. On delivery the whole kitchen was supplied at the agreed delivery time. On aftercare, we received a first class service, orchestrated by Charlie & Jordon, Charlie sorted a couple of small issue without any problems to ourselves and this for us certainly helped when having a new refurbishment of our property carried out. For us the product is first class and it shows in the quality of their products.. We would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen

We first discovered Preston’s Kitchens by pure chance while visiting Express Bi-Fold Doors in Leeds to explore options for our new windows and doors. We had never heard of Preston’s before, but after stepping into their impressive showroom, we were intrigued. Even though we arrived close to closing time, the team was more than happy to have a quick chat and arrange an appointment with a designer for us to return and start creating our dream kitchen.

From that moment on, our experience with Preston’s has been nothing short of incredible.

At our design meeting, we were welcomed with a delicious hot chocolate and settled into a plush office, comfortably seated on a sofa in front of a massive TV screen. Having already sent over our architect’s drawings in advance, our kitchen space was displayed to scale on the screen, making it easy for us to visualise the design. The designer expertly built our kitchen in front of our eyes, incorporating our ideas while offering professional guidance. After just one hour, we were completely sold – and we are normally the type of customers who would shop around before we commit!

A few weeks into the process, we faced a major change in our home renovation that required relocating the kitchen from one side of the property to the other. We were initially concerned about how this would impact our design, but Preston’s handled it seamlessly. The team swiftly remodeled the layout to fit the new space, and the result was even better than the original. Jordan, our designer, was incredibly patient and meticulous in ensuring every detail was just right.

As we approached installation, we encountered an unexpected challenge – the tall units we had ordered were too tall for our space! Panic set in, as our kitchen had already been ordered, paid for, and was waiting in the warehouse. However, one call to Charlie in the aftersales team put us completely at ease. Within 20 minutes, he was on-site with us, calmly explaining various solutions. Not only was the issue resolved with just a small tweak, but the final outcome was even better than our initial plan!

When installation day arrived, Michael & Matt, the fitters were exceptional – professional, friendly, and an absolute pleasure to have on-site. They built our dream kitchen with precision and care. A few days later, the quartz worktops were installed by yet another team of professional, polite, and efficient specialists.

As with any large-scale project, we encountered a couple of minor issues, but Preston’s commitment to outstanding service shone through once again. Charlie returned to site, personally ensured everything was resolved to our satisfaction, and even went above and beyond with a goodwill gesture that truly exceeded our expectations. Luke, another kitchen fitter, later returned to make the final adjustments, and just like everyone else from Preston’s, he was an absolute pleasure to have working in our home.

From start to finish, Preston’s Kitchens has provided an exceptional experience. Their team have been professional, accommodating, and dedicated to delivering perfection. If we could give them 10 out of 5 stars, we would! Without a doubt, we highly recommend Preston’s to anyone looking for a beautifully designed, expertly installed kitchen, backed by a company that genuinely cares about its customers.

From the moment that I first walked into the Prestons Kitchens showroom I was very impressed by the kitchens on offer. Natalie was very helpful and after a couple of meetings with the very knowledgeable Jordan, my new kitchen was taking shape. Also special mention to Oliver who co-ordinated everything. From a delivery and installation point of view, everything that I was told would happen did so on time. I am absolutely delighted with my new kitchen. Once again thanks to everyone at Prestons Kitchens that I dealt with.

Having had a look around other kitchen manufacturers, we decided to visit Prestons Kitchens at there Leeds branch and was instantly blow away by the showroom room. From the moment we walked in, the staff couldn't do enough for us, we could walk around, looking at all the different designs, work tops, and appliances without any pressure. We could tell from the quality that we would be buying our new dream kitchen from Prestons. With a budget in mind, we sat down with the designer and started to plan our kitchen and see visually on screen how it would look once completed. Our kitchen is above and beyond what we had expected, and its now a room where we spend so much time with family and friends. I highly recommend Prestons Kitchens to anyone who is looking upgrading the initial kitchen into a dream kitchen and a room to be proud off.

Our experience from beginning to end was fantastic. We had been to the usual high street stores but when we walked into the showroom (Bradley, Huddersfield) we were made to feel welcome. Looking around at the displays we were thinking there is no way we can afford something so nice but after speaking to Katie and having our consultation with Mark our minds were made up. We were pleasantly surprised with the price and placed an order. The team at Prestons kept us informed of how things were progressing all the way through. When it came time for the installation the quality of service and workmanship continued and we are left with our dream kitchen. If in two minds do not hesitate to pop into one of their showrooms - you'll get a warm welcome.

Excellent Services for a Dream Kitchen
The team at Preston’s (Romiley) has been very helpful right from the start of our kitchen design to full installation and final commissioning. Thanks to Chris for his advice on kitchen furniture and appliances and also on choices of colour to create a modern open plan kitchen/dining space. His patience and eagerness to help at all stages have helped us in our decision making process. Also many thanks to the installation team led by Marc for their skills in assembling the units to the final finish, ready for the festive seasons. Thank you to you All. I would highly recommend Prestons Kitchens. The Leeds team were brilliant from start to finish. Natalie was great to deal with throughout the process and our designer Matt was fantastic and offered lots of great suggestions both from a design and practical perspective. The team who fit the kitchen were excellent too. The kitchen itself is of a very high quality and we found Prestons to be really competitively priced compared to other alternatives albeit it was clear that the kitchens on offer with Prestons are a far superior quality.

We visited German kitchens of Preston in January this year. We had actually put a deposit down on a kitchen from a well known nationwide kitchen company but was intrigued to see what alternatives there was out there.

Dal introduced himself and talked us through our wants and needs. He is very articulate and experienced within his field and knows what the customer wants. We looked at the sample kitchen in the showroom and could immediately see the superior German quality.

Dal put together a very detailed design using the latest technology, again far superior and detailed than any other we had seen and we were very impressed at how our kitchen could look.

Once we had agreed on the design we then booked in an installation using Dal's fitting team.

Val was the chap who installed the kitchen and is a man of many talents and skills. He also did all the electrical and plumbing working which is a god's send and removes all the hassle of getting other trades in.

The finished results were incredible and we are so glad we chose Dal and German kitchen.

I fell in love with Preston's kitchens when I visited their fantastic showroom near the White Rose in Leeds and saw their beautiful and wide range of German kitchens. The kitchen was installed to a very high standard by their partner installation team and they provide a fantastic after sales service. Charlie in particular has been a star sorting out an ongoing issue with an appliance manufacturer. I would recommend you visit a Prestons Kitchens showroom before you commit to a new kitchen from anywhere else!

From our first visit to Prestons Kitchens in Leeds to completion our experience has been seamless. Natalie, Matt Lavin(our designer) the delivery guys and Charlie from the after sales team have been truly professional and exceptionally helpful in every way.
We are absolutely delighted with our Kitchen deign, products and appliances. Our own builders installed the kitchen and when we found one item was missing from our delivery Charlie was onto sorting it out as soon as we called him.

Having moved to the Huddersfield area, we needed to update and extend the kitchen.
While not wanting to spend a fortune on a new kitchen, we also knew that we wanted something that would last, look good and function without constant snags and failures down the line. Above all, we wanted a company who we could interact with and trust.
Right from the start we were really impressed with the way that the Preston's Sales Team listened to what we were hoping to achieve; the way they gave us different options and also suggested additions to make using the kitchen easier - the Quooker tap being one. Thanks Matt!
No matter how many questions we had, everyone in the Huddersfield showroom took time to help us, in particular Katy and Matt. There was never any pressure and they certainly didn't try and impose their ideas on to us. All of this was in direct contrast to another locally based, but nationwide company, who couldn't have been less interested and more offhand.
The company worked around our builder's schedule and discussed various timings etc directly with them as necessary and the kitchen fitters were professionalism personified.
Yes, we did have a problem with one of the base units being too large for the space, but having discussed what the problem was with a three-way on-site meeting with Preston's, the builder and myself, a very amicable solution was reached and Preston's replaced the unit with the correct sized one.
Would I recommend the company? Without a shadow of doubt. Why? because, for what Preston's offer and what we received it is a superb German kitchen, professionally designed, supplied and fitted, and, above all, at a very competitive price which easily competes with their competitors.

Prestons Kitchen went beyond and above to create our dream kitchen. The German materials and design is faultless.
Our first initial experience was in the showroom where a plan was designed in a private comfortable room .
The design team were very good with ideas which would work for our everyday life .
The fitters were really professional and not intrusive and did a superb job.

The design process really opened our eyes to possibilities in our new space. The whole team worked with us to find the right parts and pieces. The installation went smoothly and we were able to discuss the final placement of the island with the fitter after it was assembled. It was a great experience.
