Brilliant company! Love my new kitchen. Small issue with tap and they were great, very responsive and offered to change it for a new one. Can’t fault them!

We’ve recently had our kitchen designed and fitted by Prestons. From the start (walking around their Leeds showroom where we met Natalie, who was super helpful) to the very end we were extremely well looked after. We originally ordered our kitchen back in November however our build wasn’t complete for a further few months - Preston’s continued to commute throughout the whole process until we were ready for final measures. Jordan the designer was great, he listened to our ideas yet also told us what would work and what wouldn’t. Charlie in the after care team was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble and finally Adam the fitter was amazing - he took great care from start to finish.
Thank you Prestons- we love our new kitchen, it really does have the WOW factor.

The whole design experience at the Leeds branch was fantastic. Luke was our kitchen designer. He was always open to our ideas whilst also providing ideas based on his experience. Being able to model the kitchen on the computer and then walk around the beautiful showroom really helped us visualise certain elements of the design. I would highly recommend Prestons Kitchens.

Preston’s Kitchens offer a great value for money service from start to finish

What’s more important is the value for money, You really do get a quality engineered kitchen.

The fitting was simply second to none the contractors were well mannered, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. They offered help and advice based upon their wealth of experience.

I would recommend giving these people the opportunity to see what they can do for you. Like me you will be pleasantly surprised and what you can get for your hard earned money.

I had the kitchen installed six months ago and despite having heavy traffic the kitchen still looks brand new. The quality is exceptional. The whole process from start to finish was fantastic.

The design Chris at the Huddersfield store came up with was something that I had not considered at all and completely changed the look of my kitchen to great effect.

The kitchen was installed by Oliver with the assistance of Ricky for the electrics and plumbing. Both were extremely friendly, very tidy, keen to ensure we were happy, nothing was too much trouble. The two overdelivered on everything. The whole kitchen has been fitted to a fantastic standard. Oliver's skills were impressive and we have had him back to do other joinery work in the housing including fitting new internal doors throughout.

During the whole process the aftercare team were in constant contact to ensure that we were happy with everything.

I have already recommended this company to numerous people. A family member booked Prestons and Oliver on the back of my recommendation and she had just as good an experience as I did and is just as delighted with her kitchen.

The team were welcoming from the moment we entered the show room. Katy was so helpful and accommodating to our needs,and then the design team helped us every step of the way with very constructive advice but also listened to what we wanted and advised of solutions to each of our queries. We are so blown away with the results. The installation team were also amazing, quick, efficient and sympathetic to our needs and such lovely guys. I couldn’t praise the whole experience enough from start to finish.

We visited Prestons in January this year, for an appointment with Natalie, with a view to replacing our kitchen in our recently purchased house. From start to finish we received a top rate service. Natalie spent time showing us all of the various options in the showroom and then invited us back a couple of weeks later to show us the design they had come up with. After discussions and a couple of minor adjustments to the plan, we booked Prestons in to supply and fit our kitchen.

Oliver visited us to look at the space and give us an idea of how things would progress. The kitchen was ordered and we were kept up to date with when the building work would start (we had an internal wall knocked through) and the when kitchen would arrive to be fitted. Everything progressed as expected and the work started on the date specified.

Oliver and the team (Hadrian and Ricky) were brilliant from start to finish. No request was too much and they were all very helpful throughout the whole process. Every question we asked was answered and solved without any issue. They always left the area tidy at the end of each day & were very respectful of our property. All in all the whole process was as painless as it could have been when you’re having work done in your house and I can’t recommend these guys enough. We’re very happy with the end result!

At the start of the year me and my wife decided to work on a three storey extension to allow our family to have the large open plan kitchen and social space we now required for our growing family.

We visited the likes of Wren, Magnet and SKO on the Highstreet, we already knew of Preston’s Kitchens but did not think we could afford a German kitchen. We decided to bite the bullet and take a look at what I thought would be a more expensive kitchen, due to been left uninspired by what I had seen elsewhere. We visited the Leeds showroom and were blown away by the scale of the displays and the options available!

Within a 3hr meeting with Matt he managed to nail on a design and offer us a price surprisingly cheaper than the other high street brands we had previously visited.

Our entire experience has been second to none, all the way from the design stage through to been kept up to speed with the delivery dates and installation dates from the team in the aftercare department. The fitting of our actual kitchen by Oliver was the icing on the cake, I cannot recommend these guys enough.

From design, installation to after sales service his communication was always punctual and helpful.

Went to look at windows at Bifold doors Leeds and ended up having a kitchen design done as Preston’s kitchens are on site at Bifold windows showroom.
Loved the kitchens but the best thing about Preston’s was their lack of pushiness. . They listened to what we wanted ,gave us some great ideas but did not have typical sales patter. It made me feel relaxed and able to make a decision without feeling under pressure. The kitchens are fabulous and the staff really want you to get what you want without encouraging you to go beyond your means. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a mid range priced kitchen. The service is second to none and my kitchen design was exactly what I wanted.

Brilliant experience from start to finish!

Our kitchen was designed with great attention to detail and with what we wanted in mind. Improvements to our initial design were suggested and accepted by us as they really enhanced the overall aesthetic!

The team really know what they are doing and all make you feel comfortable and not intimidated at all.

This is the second kitchen we have bought with them due to the fantastic quality and customer service we received when buying our first home. If we ever move again we will definitely be coming back.

The fitting team were also a brilliant reflection on the company. Very professional, tidy and polite.

A year ago, we walked into Prestons Kitchens, German Kitchens for Less, Preston branch, we were so impressed and signed up within the couple of hours we spent with Dal. It was certainly against everything we would normally do, I surprised myself, but the presentation was first class and fortunately since we have haad no regrets.
Dal has a remarkable vision and seems to know exactly what you want. We had an idea that we would keep certain pieces of the existing equipment but without a hard sell Dal suggested reasons for change and using his expertise rearranged our layout to maximise the efficiency of the space we have.
We bought into his suggested gadgets and did not shop around for alternatives. The installation went very well with Dal popping in to tweak and ensure his fitter did everything to his standards. We had a couple of issues which he simply thought through solutions, all of which worked veery well.
The quality of the Doors, cabinets, drawers and worktops are superb and we are very happy with all appliances.
The reason I held back posting this review is because I did not want to report on our first impressions of the kitchen, these were obviously based on high emotion and gut reaction, and preferred to give it time to settle in, learn to use and familiarise with the new cooking equipment. We are pleased to report that we are happy with everything and have no hesitation to recommend Prestons Kitchens and Dal’s services.

Designing and purchasing our kitchen from Dal was a fantastic experience from start to finish. He understood what we required and advised us on how we could achieve it.

Great quality product arrived on the exact dates discussed and the fitters were swift, clean and precise.

Clear communication at all times throughout the process was invaluable and for any minor details that needed to be discussed, Dal was on hand to resolve.

We are extremely pleased with our new kitchen from Preston's, it far exceeds all our expectations and is our favourite room in the house now.

We visited the Huddersfield showroom and explained what we were looking to create. They spent time properly looking at the challenges as it wasn't straight forward and came up with a great design that achieved everything we wanted.

The finished kitchen was completed just prior to Christmas 2022 and we are genuinely over the moon as it looks better than we ever imagined it could.

We are so happy with the finished kitchen, the high quality units and the service we received and couldn't recommend Preston's Kitchens highly enough. Thank you guys.
