Decent product, awful execution
The products itself are not bad, but the customer service was awful. The company shipped the wrong product - not only did they fail to apologize, the process of sorting it out a return and the shipping of the correct product took 4 working days. The team was not responsive and treated me as if I am the one who made the mistake. After sending the photo of the wrong product shipped (amongst a list of other items), they demanded that I take a photo of ALL products that was sent as if I had taken advantage of them. This reflect that they must frequently send wrong items to different customers - otherwise, why would they ask such an insulting question! If it was not something I wanted, why would I keep it? Then they arrange a courier to pick up without informing me of time and date and I had to enquire to obtain the details. Shocking.
