I ordered wrapping paper to Northern…
I ordered wrapping paper to Northern Ireland. I needed it as soon as possible so I was advised to send an email and request fast delivery which I did. After multiple days of waiting and the day before I required the wrapping paper I called the company. I advised that my order had not arrived. I was told they would look into this and get back to me. When they got back to me they advised that in fact my parcel would never arrived as it was on its way back to them because they did not deliver to Northern Ireland. They gave the excuse that they did not know my order was to Northern Ireland, which is ridiculous given that when I placed my order I of course had to give my delivery address which clearly stated Northern Ireland. I paid over £15 for wrapping paper which I normally would never do. I was therefore incredibly disappointed by the company.

I ordered this very special wrapping…
I ordered this very special wrapping for a lovely person who was about to turn 60! However I was late in ordering and the gift was going via Royal Mail. I ordered Thursday it was printed Thursday and on its way Friday!! I need not have stressed about it arriving in time.
I did check on Monday and the young lady was very polite and thorough, my wrap arrived later that day, could not ask for a better service and will use them again.

Good quality but needs to be packaged better!
Very pleased with quality of the wrapping paper but packaging could be more robust as was crushed on one end which meant paper had some damage.
