WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER…

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Gave me the wrong size then asked me for pictures of the item 4 different times. After they finally accepted that, they said I messed up and ordered the UK size. I’m in the US and everything else was sized correctly. They are beyond incompetent

I returned my item over two weeks ago…

I returned my item over two weeks ago and still have not received my refund. This is completely unacceptable.

The return was sent back properly, and I have been waiting patiently, but there has been no clear update and no money returned to my account. For a well-known brand like PrettyLittleThing, this level of service is very poor.

Customers should not have to chase their own money after returning an item. The refund process is too slow, communication is weak, and it feels like they are making it difficult for customers to get their money back.

I am very disappointed and would think twice before ordering again. PrettyLittleThing needs to sort out its refund process because waiting more than two weeks with no refund is not good enough.

Worst company

Worst customer service ever. I’ve been trying to reach them for days. Because I needed my order to arrive sooner, it’s gonna arrive in 2 weeks, doesn’t let you the option to expresss ship. Only has customer service through messenger & text, they NEVER respond. What’s the point of having one?
Made me pay $12 for standard shipping, now I want to cancel my order, but I have to wait for my order to be shipped & ALSO pay another $10 as a return fee. They suck. Do not buy from them

Do not buy a thing from this business. If you do, you will be lucky to receive your items. the quality of their stuff is 2/10. if you try to return, they won't allow you to. they send you to a return page that does not work and when you reach out to customer service well, there's the automated ai then silence. OH worst? yes it gets worse. They block off all negative comments from their social media so that no one becomes aware of their malpractice. I contacted them through all the possible canals but it's always been the same ai script and then radio silence. A nightmare of a clothing company . I'd much rather deal will shein and temu anytime any day. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM PRETTY LITTLE THING. Oh also the company agny is owned by BOOHOO also so boycott both and sue them!

I ordered on December 9th and i still…

I ordered on December 9th and i still haven’t received my package. I was really hoping to get it by the guaranteed arrival date but of course that didn’t happen. After all the bad reviews I’m very scared I’ll never get my package and I won’t get my money back. Will update if I ever receive my package but the AI chatbots are not very helpful so I don’t plan to shop here again if my package doesn’t arrive soon.

I ordered a dress for my wife

I ordered a dress for my wife. It showed up and unfortunately it did not fit. We attempted a return via their return portal, I copied the order number from the email THEY sent me, and when i added it to the return portal it stated, "cannot find order". When attempting to contact their customer service team, i was greeted by an AI chat bot, all three times, via apple message, facebook, and IG messenger,, all stated the same thing eventually, "Our team is busy at the moment and we will get back to you at the nearest available time."

It's been 7 days and i have not received an contact back from this company. I just want to return the dress that did not fit. Terrible customer service dont ever shop here.

SHAME ON YOU PLT

I used to LOVE this company. I got my clothes from them almost exclusively for years. They have been very disappointing as of recently. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with them. They REFUSE to respond to any of the emails or chats. Their customer service team is non-existent. I have been trying to get in touch with them for MONTHS about a return that they refuse to refund me for. It is very disheartening that they have strolen my money and refuse to acknowledge any of my receipts of return as I have sent them everything from the post office and they will not even respond to my numerous emails. SHAME ON YOU PLT.. you have lost a customer forever

Insane/unrealistic sizing

I ordered a size 18 pair of cargo pants, hoping to finally have a pair of pants that fit my short stature nicely. The package arrived and I opened it to find a pair of cargo pants that have a total length of 48 inches! This is an insane and unrealistic clothing design that is only meant for people who would have to be at least 7 feet tall.

I am only 5 feet tall. This pair of "pants" are almost as tall as my entire body. Absolutely absurd and a total scam.

When I went through the process for the return, they only refunded me $20 (I spent $35) for their ridiculous "clothing".

I really should have researched here…

I really should have researched here before ordering pants from this place that are two sizes too big. They charge to ship and charge to return for a grand total of $27.00. I will stick with Shein, Temu and Fashion Nova. If you are in hesitant about ordering from here, listen to your instincts. I will now have to find someone to tailor these pants two sizes down and being that they are cargo pants, I don't see how that is possible.

Gift card fraud

I purchased a gift card for someone for Christmas and it is not working! I’ve sent several requests for help and instead of providing into assistance, they tell me to clear my browser. As if I have not done that several times! PLT refuses to provide assistance beyond clearing the browser!! Thiefs!

AFTERPAY NOT ACCESSABLE IN NZ

I've been reading a lot of negative reviews about PLT. It's been 1 year since I reviews the afterpay issue that is not accessable in New Zealand.Please fix your site afterpay doesn't work in new Zealand 🙄

Seem like PLT doesn't care about this matter that is not solved. I shop on PLT AUSTRALIA. Anyone else in New Zealand having this issue or just me since 2022

I am sooooooo disappointed in this…

I am sooooooo disappointed in this company. My granddaughter ordered some jeans & they were too big. They were accepted back. Unfortunately the replacement jeans were never received. When PLT was contacted we were told after numerous attempts that it’s not their fault that she didn’t receive her item. They sent it & they’re washing their hands of the matter & will not respond to any further contact. How rude.this company has the worst customer service & needs to loose so many customers until they start treating them/us with respect. You guys have her money & she has nothing to show for it.

I ordered a top 4 October got confirmation email saying I would have it on or before 16 October we are now 16 December and no sign of top.
I have emailed them 3 x without any replies
I am extremely disappointed with this company and would not purchase from them again

I think it’s pretty ridiculous to not…

I think it’s pretty ridiculous to not be able to change the address or cancel an order when the order hasn’t been fulfilled yet. I placed an order on your website and didn’t realize my old out of state address was saved in my address book. I was not able to cancel the order or make any changes so my package is basically going to go to an old address out of state. They said nothing could be done even though I immediately contacted them after placing the order.

Foysol was exellent

Foysol was exellent. She was courteous, and didn't take long in the initial 3 minute wait. Then she told me I had to wait a little longer but verified I sent my package to the correct adress. She could do nothing any better than what she did.

This is the worst experience ever I spent over a 100 $ my package was sent in 2 different parcel. Both was suppose to be here today October 12 I track the first one and it’s lost and the second one is in a whole different state I’ve tried to get in touch with customer service and I’ve gotten no where ! I didn’t get a refund and my packages are no where to be found !
