I’m extremely disappointed and…

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated regarding an order I placed last week. I ordered a two-piece outfit and paid for next-day delivery because I needed the item urgently. However, when the order arrived, I received two bottoms instead of the correct set (a top and a bottom). This was clearly a mistake on their end.

I contacted the team by email to resolve the issue, and my communication was handled by someone named Finn. Unfortunately, the issue has still not been resolved, and I have not received any response to the follow-up emails I have already sent.

I find this level of service extremely disappointing. When a company makes an error with an order, I would expect the matter to be corrected promptly, especially when the customer paid for next-day delivery for a specific reason.

I am appalled with pretty little things…


I am appalled with pretty little things customer service. I Can never speak to a real person and the bots are extremely unhelpful. I have returned my items but no refund or confirmation email confirming I have done this, yet I have provided proof of drop-off and delivery receipts with Royal Mail and no one will speak to me or sort this out and every time I start a conversation with the business chat, it puts me back to a bot that does not help absolutely useless and terrible service. Do not use PLT if you expect to get service afterwards.

Stolen money from me!!

I spent around £110 on an order and I hated everything I bought. I returned every single item in good condition and they received it. I got an email today saying they’re refunding me £61!! Where is my money!! They’ve stolen my money!! I clicked the link at the bottom that says ‘wrong amount refunded’ and it lead me to a page that said it didn’t exist! How is this website still operating and legal. I’m reporting this company for fraud!

Do not order from them

Do not order from them, they're predatory and trying to scam. They put the wrong address automatically when I was trying to pay (my billing is different from shipping address), there was no option to put any other address, and now they're refusing to refund me. It is impossible to get in contact with any customer service. Do not buy from them you will not get your money back.

Useless faceless company, avoid!

Wrong item received. Insisted I pay for return despite being their mistake. They had the item delivered back after 2 days, still waiting on refund 14 days on. Cannot speak to a human only a dreadful chatbot that needs reprogramming. Had to get refund via PayPal. NEVER BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS.

I really dont know how this company is…

I really dont know how this company is still in business bought a jacket that was too big sent it back 48hr Royal via their returns portal it was delivered back within the 2 days its been 10 days and still nothing to say they have got it ..so returns just sit in the warehouse until they decide to refund ..no company should take this long to refund your money its shocking ..I send things back to shein and I get refunded within 2 days of it being scanned into their warehouse ..this is a reminder why I stopped buying from plt the website needs updating on sizing and other customer reviews then you can have a good idea on how it will fit etc before buying then we wouldn't have to send things back ..fix up plt and give me my refund ..🤦‍♀️thanks ..a very frustrated customer !!!

place order paid 6.99 for next day delivery took my money from my account confirmed order . Nothing g arrived, does not allow you to track the order with the order number , only contact via msg , received i e response se to say could arrive in 10 days if not will the. provide refund , sent further msg to say cancel the order as outfits for tonight and process my refund, this msg is being ignored. Shocking ! I will never buy from them again . And they are now sat with my money and there is no other way of contacting them . I

Scammers

Scammers.
Will never shop here again.

Miss items of your refund, impossible to speak to anyone. 3 orders I’ve sent back with missing refunded items. This has happened a few times to me and I still stupidly ordered again. Will not use this company anymore. Scamming people for all they can get. They make up a random price to return that doesn’t even make sense to any of the items returned so you still end up paying more than you should. It all seems a complete scam

If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I bought 3 items from PLT and paid for next day delivery which dint arrive next day.

2 of the 3 items are way too big for me but when going through to refund - my order number isn’t recognised?!?!

I’ve tried contacting them through instagram, WhatsApp & email with yet to hear anything and when you do it’s a generated message from an AI bot that doesn’t help you at all! Their customer service is non existent and now I’m being left with items I’ll never wear and them keeping my money???

I have ordered from them multiple times before and had no problems with returning items but this has completely changed my view on this business, I’ll never order from them again.

Please AVOID ordering from this business, they will keep your money and leave you with clothes you can’t wear!!! 🚫🚫🚫

Incorrect Item Sent on next day delivery & No Way to Process Return

I placed an order for next day delivery and although the item has arrived, it is not the dress I ordered.

I have attempted to raise a return, but the returns portal is not working, which is extremely frustrating. I have followed the process outlined on your website and am unable to proceed any further.

I am extremely dissatisfied with both the incorrect item being sent and the lack of a functioning returns system. This is not the level of service I would expect, especially when paying for next day delivery.

I would like someone from the Customer Services team to respond to this review as a matter of urgency. I expect a full refund for the item that was incorrectly sent and clear instructions on how this will be resolved.

received complete wrong order, arrived late!

Terrible customer service DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! i ordered a dress paying next day delivery for a concert and not only did it come later than a day, i received the complete wrong item and when i messaged they didn’t reply for days even though i emphasised that i needed it for that weekend and when they finally replied i was told that i would have to send the faulty item back before any refund! not only did i not get my item in time i was also inconvenienced and left with less money with no accountability being taken. will never order from here again as this seems to be a problem lots of people are having.
