I ordered 3 pairs of contact lenses and were all wrong. Only prescription was correct. Bad experience, I'll never buy again.

Order from here a few times ordered my 3rd pair of polar light greys and also 2 pairs of other coloured ones all 1.25 and they sent non prescription and the polar light greys are the wrong ones and no reply to emails

I ordered 3 pairs of colored contacts. I ordered the pink purple and green. I have dark brown eyes and the ad says will cover dark eyes and the pink did not. I thought I had lost it in my upper eye lid or dropped it, it was in my eye! I could not even see it. Ok not a huge deal my eyes are really dark. So on to the green pair. First I could not tell the correct side the colors are so faint I had to make sure it was shaped like a bowl to put in correctly then I put in after 45 mins wrong way! Ok on the the purple I never did get them in. Every time I put it in and blinked it popped out. I have used color contacts before. They were very small and thin. Every time I got it in my eye and blinked it folded over on itself!!!! So I start over trying to find the outside inside AGIAN!!! I will not be using this company again.

They took awhile to arrive but otherwise I got what I ordered which was white contacts and purple ones.

Love how comfortable they feel. I’ve gained so much confidence wearing them, I get so many compliments.I absolutely love these contacts! All though they were my first pair, I still managed to get them on & get them off without any difficulties:) but other than that I definitely recommend getting contacts from here if it’s going to be your first time getting contacts!

These are awesome contacts . the colors are beautiful and they are very comfortable . their customer service is amazing ! The only thing im not happy about is the fact that they dont include a contact case with your order the way all the other colored contact companies do .

This company SUCKS! 1 star bc I couldn't give ZERO stars,They steal the pics from other companies n take your money knowing full well that they don't have exactly what your seeing, I ordered POLAR LIGHTS YELLOW GREEN n I got these tinted orange with a green circle so I email them n tell them that I'm going to report to PayPal n I do so they tell PayPal that they will send me the right pair if I close the case n like a dumb ass I go 4 it, after waiting another month n I recieve the same garbage so I email them again n send pics of the real ones vs the ones they sent so again they apologize n say thell get it right the next time so another month goes by n I recieve a lens with a green circle!! I tell them I want my money back n they say if I send them back then I'll get a Refund, so then I say " OK ILL SEND THEM BACK but since they made the mistake THEY SHOULD PAY FOR THE SHIPPING TO CHINA", after 5 months of back n forth I sent them to hell n sold the 3 boxes I recieved for $10 each n went to LENSNATURE.COM n never look back. $25 was well worth the pair n have ordered more,since, they look great n natural, not like alien n email u great discounts..STAY AWAY FROM THOSE $9.99 contacts bc u won't be getting a great deal youll get Fustrated, Annoyed, Angry, a Migraine n Lose your money... PEOPLR DO YOUR HOMEWORK CHECK OUT THE COMP. B4 BUYING, ANY COMPANY THAT IS NOT LIKE AMAZON OR EBAY LOOK THEM UP, YOULL TANK ME LATER! GOD BLESS..
