No option to put zero stars. They’re active on Instagram selling their products from which I ordered from. I recieved the confirmed order email etc… on the 23rd December. I still haven’t received my order. I’ve emailed the company twice and put a complaint in via SHOP and heard nothing. At this point it’s as though they’re falsely advertising goods and taking peoples money. I would recommend not to purchase from this company

I have now had 4 orders not delivered in total. When contacting customer services i was asked for delivery iD’s which i provided and then there was no reply. I paused my subscription which should stop payment coming out but it was still taken. Over £100 taken from me with nothing to show for it and no reply from customer services - shocking service. Avoid company!!!

I have changed my delivery address on the website profile page. On April They still delivered to my old address, which nobody obviously picked up and it was delivered back to them. I contacted customer service for which they just said sorry and they will send it back to my new address. Never arrived. Came May, they took the money, I even took screenshots of my profile page that address is updated and correct. End of may they sent again to the old address which was sent back to them. I contacted them again saying I didn't receive April nor May boxes. They again had to ask for my address, and CONFIRMED it's definitely changed now. And I should expect the boxes and complimentary gift to arrive. Also offered 40% to return. I said ok, but they never replied back to get the discount code ?
Now it's July and no boxes arrived. I'm sure they didn't even send. I must request a refund which they will never give. On emails customer service do not reply back. Only if you open a NEW ticket. Be cautious.

I didn't receive the box I paid for. When I contacted customer service, they ignored me. When I finally reached someone, they promised to send another box, but they haven't. I've contacted them again, and they've ignored me. I wouldn't recommend this company unless you want to be scammed.

Can’t recommend the subscriptions boxes enough! I was a bit skeptical as I couldn’t see any new reviews but the boxes arrives on time! Packed full of goodies my partner wrapped them up for my birthday but he said the items look great and well worth the money! It’s so nice to get a lovely surprise and not cost the earth! Best subscription box for the money so fair! Can’t wait for future boxes

Pretty obsessed is the by far the best beauty subscription box! I’ve had it for over a year and also get the mystery boxes aswell and each one is amazing! All full size items, and never been disappointed! I have an incredible collection of make up and skincare now thanks to this subscription. I had other subscriptions from glossybox and others and they was basically free or delux samples that I was being charged for! Then I found this box and all others have been cancelled. I’ve had shadow pallets, makeup brush sets, eyeliners, mascaras, lashes, nails, nail varnish, lipgloss/lipstick, primers, settings sprays, powders, highlighters, literally everything plus a bunch of luxury skincare products, from reading a few of the reviews on here I am baffled, and think they cannot be legit reviewers as I would love to know what Poundland stores I can buy my top end premium products I’ve received in my boxes each month!!!

Have cancelled my subscription. The pictures look amazing but what you receive in reality is not. Iv seen most of the products in the boxes in got Poundland, home bargains and saves for a fraction of the price you’re paying for the same items in the boxes. I also got an eyeshadow that looked as though it had been separated from a larger palette and put in a cardboard box??. 100% NOT worth the money at all.

The new team of pretty obsessed are amazing!!!! I had previously ended my subscription due to repeated products, box disappointment and Late shipping. This months box came the earliest I’ve ever received a box before, no products I had previously had, amazing value for money, different range of products and an added extra sweet treat! Really cheered me up, and I can’t wait for the much needed pamper. Well done new team!

I have been billed for 2 boxes but received nothing. I have sent countless emails, messages and still nothing. No contact at all.
Terrible customer service and now having to report them to ombudsman for taking money and not giving any products.

These boxes started off brilliantly- really enjoyed getting them, so much so I renewed my subscription. Since then I’d say every month there has been an issue mainly with late postage- boxes didn’t arrive at warehouse, problems with suppliers, problems with delivery company. We are now in may and I’ve not had Aprils box. This is nothing new.
The quality of items has also not been great. Lots of things I’ve seen in local Poundland.
They are quick to reply to emails but the service sadly doesn’t improve.
As said before I think they don’t look after existing custom very well!
Lots of Insta/Facebook hype but not the goods/service to back it up.

The last 3 boxes have been delayed without any correspondence from them.
I still have not recieved my January box. We are now in February. There has been now information given nor any way to track. They delete negative comments from facebook posts. Including people asking where their boxes are
They are only contactable via email or messenger. They seem more focused on getting new customers than looking after the ones they already have.

Ordered the luxury box over a month ago, after waiting many weeks I finally received my box! Pleased to say I’m so happy it finally arrived. I was getting very concerned it wasn’t going to turn up. I did email them quite a few times then I finally got the response I needed, the lady who responded was very helpful thank you again.
Great box with lovely different bits in to use can’t wait to try them all out ! But only thing is just took a long time to arrive as I got the august box in September not sure if that is usually the case every month or if it was just delayed this month.

I ordered my box over 3 weeks,ago now,they have NOT sent it still they have ignored my 5 emails!!!!This,is,theft!!!!I want my full redund ASAP I will take this to a,small claims,court if my money isn't returned by weds this is absolutely disgusting behaviour which I've never come a Ross before!!!!i will add add a review every hour untill I get my money

Excellent box this month. So many really good products I was very impressed all 10 are full sized colour choices are extremely wearable. Highly recommend this box

This company and their staff are just amazing. They have been so helpful for the last 2 parcels of mine that the couriers have lost, pretty obsessed have replaced (even offered a refund) both boxes without any questions asked and even throw in a few extras for the trouble that had been caused. I love my little box each month I get so excited to open it and see what in side and every month I absolutely love it all. You guys are absolutely amazing and I can’t recommend you enough.

So I got my first box today from pretty obsessed, i chose the luxury subscription £24.99 so I got 10 full sized products (which I did)
I absolutely love my first box, it was a mixture of makeup skincare and sleep spray. I was super chuffed because I love makeup and watching reviews on vids it seemed you get a nice amount.
The delivery was on time and it's so nice to open a box and get 10 full sized items I think when I worked out the value of each the box was worth nearly £100 so really looking forward to Junes box already

Absolutely amazing took a bit longer to come than normally but my two boxes was full of amazing products definitely worth the money , can’t wait to set my subscription up thank you for your commutation and understanding definitely recommend xx

Pretty Obsessed really are one of the best out there, and on the rare occasion where there is a problem, it's resolved really quickly and professionally.

Their boxes always have a really interesting range of items, rather than the same old constant highlighters and antibac (like we don't all have enough!) from other boxes.

Yes, sometimes there will be a few less premium brands, but the whole point is to introduce new and upcoming brands, as well as established ones. Occasionally there is the odd revolution product, but despite being a budget brand, they have some great stuff at times!.

You are not going to get a box TOTALLY made up of expensive, premium brands, and it's ridiculous for people to expect that. Even the Hut Group boxes (with their massive supply chain / sister companies etc) always have a couple of items worth much less.

One small issue, is some brands are repeated far too often and I would like to see a better variation. If you don't like a certain brand, and you get 3/10 in one box, or 3 boxes in a row with their products, it's really quite disappointing.

Otherwise, great company!!

Didn't mind them. But had a problem with my delivery and no one is replying to my emails or messages on Instagram. Worst customer service I've been trying to contact them for days nit even had any acknowledgement that I've even emailed them! Not happy I've lost out on money paid for a mystery box that as mysteriously disappeared!!

I've signed up to Prettyobsessed and 3 other beauty box subscriptions elsewhere and Prettyobsessed is my absolute favourite! I get the 10 box subscription and I've received 2 boxes so far. Just opened my second box today. Gift to myself each month ❤
