My small collar was faulty.
I messaged a brief to the point message to pretty pawfect and was insulted and called rude. I find customer service like this unacceptable. It was a £5.99 collar of poor quality and when I told them I needed a replacement as I had no other collar for my pup. I was told I’d have to wait for a return label, send it back and then wait to see if they thought it was faulty and then wait for a replacement, how long would that take with Xmas and postal strikes? . A better option might have been to advise me to repurchase and then them send a pre paid envelope to return the faulty one but to be so rude I just decided I’d purchase elsewhere. I was then blocked 🤣
Would not recommend for their customer service or product quality.

I repeatedly told you I would be without a collar and I would have no choice but to purchase another elsewhere as you was not being helpful. You started with the insults which in turn made me angry as being left without a collar for my new little puppy was distressing me. Imagine the excitement of being able to take my new pup on her first walk only to find the product I ordered was faulty!
I have to say if your tone in your replies to me had been as professional as you’ve wrote in the replies to this review I’m sure things would of been different, but to insult the customer in your second response to my message just made me angry.
Obviously you don’t like constructive criticism and I wonder how you’ve managed to run your business this far but luckily it’s online so you can continue to be a keyboard warrior.

Absolutely love this brand, 2nd purchase this time for my daughters new rescue dog and she looks lovely, the leads are nice and long and lovely quality, will definitely be using this company again

Not only is the packaging gorgeous the quality of the harness and lead I bought is outstanding!
