Love this product so much it matches my skin tone!

PrettyShade is a scam! I placed my order and never received it. Contacted them multiple times and no reply. DO NOT BUY!!

Amazing foundation! It matches my skin tone so well and I will purchase again!

I never received my order. I paid through Shop and can't get a refund and there is no data on their website that would help me file a claim with the FTC or BBB. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. They are shady.

As with the other one star reviewers this product is not what it claims! It is a complete Scam! Do not buy!

TOTAL SCAM!! do not buy any products from pretty shade! I bought what I thought was the color mimic foundation and they sent me a completely different product that's not even theirs. It was called forever bloom and it costs half the price of what I actually paid. This website is a scam, I've written many emails to their customer service and they haven't written back, The website says you can return items but they lied. They should be reported and shut down! Stay Away!!

I've tried so many foundations, but their's is the first one that checks all the boxes for me! It gives a glowy finish that lasts all day and I don't have to stress about color matching. Love knowing my skin is protected without having to layer on extra sunscreen!!

Feels lightweight, looks natural, and is also somehow clearing up my acne scars. I've recommended it to all of my friends and will definitely be buying again when I run out :)

It has been 40 days since I placed my order with Prettyshade and I still do not have my package. I've emailed them several times with no response. I finally filed a complaint with the service I used to pay for the order. It's under review, hopefully they will get my money back. Stay far away, SCAM!

Finally received my order over a month later and it's not prettyshade at all. Prettyshade claims to have zinc oxide and free of parabans and harmful chemicals. They sent me something called "Fresh Bloom" and had absolutely no zinc oxide in it and is full of chemicals and parabans. There is no number to call and I have attempted to contact them 3 different ways (contact form on the website, the email that is provided, and the link they provide for a refund) at least 30+ times now and NO RESPONSE at all. This company and product is a SCAM

major concerns of scamming!!
I have been given a product from another company - a product that is much cheaper and isn't a good quality!
I have paid $98 Australian dollars for two foundation bottles of a product that has different branding. When I type the product brand they sent me into Google it comes up with a product that is $7 from Temu! and I have paid $49 for each. The product label is completely different!
Not only this, look at the photo of my face, I was told this would blend in to my skin colour and this product no matter how much I rub it, it will not blend in! so for those two reasons I deserve a full refund! The thing is, I have contacted them and I have not received a response and it's been over a week!!! Concerning!!

I have photos of the fake products and screenshots of the website and they are completely different!!

Prettyshade.com claims that their mimic foundation is free from "harmful chemicals, parabens and synthetic additives" however when I recieved the product and looked at the ingredients on the box it had 2 types of parabens, a few synthetic ingredients.
Do not get this for this price if you are conscious about your health and skin. Some people have allergic reactions to these ingredients, I did as much research as I could before purchasing and the product sounded good and legit however it is not true. The websites claims is not true to the prdouct I have requested a refund and have yet to get a response.
