Shopped previously via JL and direct…

Shopped previously via JL and direct and everything good however had a bad experience with their own ebay shop recently. Didn't send item for 2-3 weeks after Xmas, no communication about delays or OOO notice. Sent several messages and totally ignored each time. Bizarre they treat their ebay customers who are most likely also their direct customers, like this.

Joke company

Joke company. Items are the worst quality for a very expensive price. You can tell they are a joke when the item you bought full price is on a 60% sale the day after. Not even worth it while on sale.
Disgusting place, never buying here again and will make sure to let everyone else know what a poor company this is

I spent £90 on an item

I spent £90 on an item, shortly after it was discounted by 60%. The retailer refuses to refund the difference. The only option is to return the original and buy the discounted item. Disappointing.

Great sizing info and good product

Buying good quality nightwear for my partner and getting the sizing right first time.

I really appreciated the sizing info for models in the pictures and videos, also that the imagery was not particularly sexualised. Partner delighted at the material, design highlights and colours.

Added: forgot mention the re-usable eco packaging impressed me.

Bamboo Bedding Set

The packaging and presentation gave a strong first impression of quality. Unfortunately, the product itself did not meet expectations. The king-size duvet cover is far too large for a standard king-size duvet, causing it not to stay in place. After the initial use, a tear appeared along the seam, indicating that the fabric is too delicate and not fit for its intended purpose. Overall, this was a disappointing purchase.

Luxury products

I love the pretty you London products. I have pyjamas, slippers and dressing gown. They are all amazing quality. The rewards programme is also great!

as someone who as owned their pyjamas for over a year

reviewing these because i bought a pair of burgundy bamboo pyjamas somewhere over a year ago and i just pulled them out to chuck in the bin. they feel soft at first but after a few washes they develop an uncomfortable texture and take an age to dry, hence why they’ve been at the back of my drawer for a year. you’re better off getting regular cotton pyjamas.

Customer Services won’t help with a batch of items that shrank on a cool wash, low tumble dry.

I had a whole batch of pyjamas of a certain style shrink in the wash. I followed the care instructions for washing and drying.

I use the same wash cycle for other pretty you pyjamas in the same range, just different styles - no problems in many months!

Pretty You have refused to engage in arranging replacements, because I bought the items 10 months ago. I explained that I have been pregnant since just after placing the order and thats why I only wore and washed them for the first time last week, since I’m now 5 weeks postpartum and can actually fit into them finally!

Customer Services refused to acknowledge this situation - pretty cold for a women’s clothing manufacturer! - and implied that it was strange that all 4 pairs had shrunk. I don’t see how it is strange at all. It is what happened, and its normal to wash 4 items in the same wash.

I have placed multiple orders here and also on Pretty You items via John Lewis, and have spent several hundreds of pounds in the past year. I am being treated as if my custom is worth nothing. If this issue is resolved I would shop here again - if I continue to be ignored by customer services, I won’t.

Please show some empathy and get back to me about this matter. Under Consumer Rights Act 2015 I still have rights to products of sufficient quality, which wash as described - even if 10 months have passed, and I have a very good reason for being unable to have worn and washed them until now. It is still less than a year which even if they had been used for 10 months, the items would still be expected to wash and wear without failure at this point.

I hope to hear back about this issue asap.

Great dressing gowns

Have two waffle dressing gowns now from this firm . A navy & a grey one - love them . Really good size - X/XL - wraps around you !! Sleeves a bit long but not a problem - wash & dry well . Only problem I have is that they are a bit expensive, but when you find something you like 👍.
