Worse experience ever

Deeply unhelpful after the google play gift card I ordered gave me a code that wouldn’t be accepted via google play, refused to refund or reissue a £100 gift card, so wasted money and declined mental health due to the stress and condescending attitude of their so called advisors that are about as useful as a fart in a lift. Really angry and will never use this con artist company ever again. Should be ashamed of yourself ripping vunerable people off and having no shame at all. Don’t know you sleep at night.

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

My daughter bought me a Prezee gift card which I have tried using at one of the Ole and Steen bakery shops.
The app didnt recognise my password.
I tried logging in on my desktop at home and again, it didnt recognise my password.
I tried later in the day, and this time I managed to login.
Then, Prezee show you the original value of the gift card but they DONT show you how much is left on the card and you have to ask the retailer when you use it.
COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
USELESS!

Redeeming vouchers

I had several issues redeeming my voucher of just eat that I purchased through Clearpay after several emails Jin was very helpful and supportive and finally the issue was solved he has an amazing customer service skills well done

Be careful of this fraudulent company!

This company might as well have stolen $250 directly out of my pocket. I bought a gift card on the Walmart website for $250. A Walmart gift card. A few months later, I was scammed out of it when I tried to sell it, because, go figure, I couldn’t use it for what I wanted it for. The very second that I knew what was going on I called Walmart first because I thought that’s where I purchased it from. They told me that they couldn’t do anything because I bought it from Prezzee, which I had no clue I did. As far as I know it was purchased from Walmart, which still seems a bit sketchy. So then I called Prezzee and begged for them to either give me a new number or cancel it and exchange it for a different one-ANYTHING!! It hadn’t been used and there were plenty of options. They said that they couldn’t do anything and that it was Walmart’s problem. Walmart said the same thing. As far as I’m concerned, both companies are to blame but right now I’m talking about this one. They had two days before the gift card was used to do something about it and they just sat there and did nothing. They sent an email to Walmart and just waited for Walmart to respond. That’s all they would tell me, they were waiting for Walmart to respond. I asked them why they couldn’t just call Walmart just like I did. I was able to talk to them just fine Apparently that was too complicated for them and they did nothing. Some more NOTHING! It got used about 2 1/2 days later or so I called them and told them they needed to refund my money because there was plenty that they could’ve done to prevent this from happening and they chose not to. I emailed numerous times and all I got in return was lies and ignorant excuses. If I could show all of the emails to you right now, I certainly would. It was embarrassing for them as a company. They have continued to do nothing and when I do try to contact them, they use the same emails that they used previously that were not true whatsoever. Just used over and over again. I didn’t even know if I was actually conversing with a person most of the time. It’s just some random being that would use the same template, or whatever you want to call it, as responses that were completely untrue and made no sense as it related to the email. I will continue to email and call that company until they give me my money because they claim they are so against fraud and do so much to protect their customers yet they didn’t do anything at all. All they told me was no and they sat there and did nothing and they’re still doing nothing months and months and months later. I would highly recommend not buying anything from this company ever and be careful when you order from the walmart webpage because it could very well be going through this company, as it did for me. Just be careful. This company is just as fraudulent as the person that stole my money.

Bought a £150 gift card for a family…

Bought a £150 gift card for a family member. Prezee UK didn't send the correct format in the email. Spent the last 2 weeks in a blame game situation with them & their "brand partner". Spoke to brand partner, nothing they can do as its clearly Prezee UK's fault as they issue & take the initial payment. Nothing has been spent with brand partner as the gift card doesn't scan & numbers aren't recognised as a gift card.
Emails are generic & completely unhelpful kicking the can down the road. Having to go to my bank to get my money back, using Emails for proof.
Appalling, be very wary!!

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs, i think it maybe a scam company, bought a cafe nero voucher as a christmas gift and all links they have sent dont work and they wont offer a refund. I have gone through paypal to try and resolve this issue failing that I will go through the bank saying this is a fraudulent transaction

Prezee are useless

Prezee are useless. I am having a lot of trouble with a gift card bought from there for Ubereats. I have already written a review on Uber as they are even worse than prezee. I’ve emailed them to get help with getting my 50.00 back but neither of these companies are any good.

Please don't use

Please don't use. I was buying an Uber eats gift card for my friend as she had no food in the house , she was sent a virgin experience card and I tried several times to get a refund or an exchange and was just given the same generic answer over and over.

Unable to access account - lost vouchers

Received a gift from work as a bonus for winning a competition. I logged in at first but then when I tried to log in again it told me wrong password.

The website would not let me reset my password. Every time I tried to send the 'reset password' email, I would not receive it. I have tried several times and nothing.

Now I cannot log in to the app to collect my voucher and the online web chat is useless.

Would not recommend whatsoever.

Warning do not use prezee

Purchased Coles voucher does not work. Purchased eBay vouchers do not work.Contact customer service all you get us I'm sorry and nothing gets done I worked really hard for my 500 dollar bonus and these incompetents have flushed it down the toilet.Warning to all do not ever use this site unless you are giving voucher to a family member you have to give a gift to but actually hate
