Purchased a Petro Canada gift card and the card issued was invalid. It will not work. Reached out to prezzee to resolve issue with no successful outcome. They say they are “waiting for the brand to respond” they also wont issue me a refund until the “hear back and get authorization from the brand” this has been ongoing for over two weeks now. Seems like this is a “pass the buck” back and forth and now Im out $100.
I will not be using prezzee again nor would i recommend them to anyone.

They keep rushing you off telling you 1 to 3 days and never get back to you then they respond on this platform making themselves look good. You reply back they don't get back to you.
