Prezzee is very convenient to send gift…

Prezzee is very convenient to send gift cards to family & friends. Be aware that not all recipients have access & knowledge of digital transactions. It is easy for people who have a smart phone with Prezzee App. The Gift Card can be sent via email & opened via Prezzee Website. The reason for my contact with their customer service was because there were unopened Cards which I resolved with recipients.

Ruth Was incredible

Ruth Was incredible. After making an incredibly silly mistake and deleting a card with a remaining balance. She magically reinstated the gift card to my wallet. Cost of living and here I am deleting money. Ruth Deserves a raise.

My Live Agent was fantastic.

My Live Agent was fantastic to resolve my issue with. But the system itself to get in contact with a live chat isn't the best. I got kicked from the chat multiple times and ended up just using a computer so I could ensure that it stayed open.
