Great customer service.

Had an issue with a wrongly placed order and spoke to the customer service agent Angel who was extremely helpful and resolved everything quickly. The issue was my mistake so really grateful for the help with resolving my issue. Great customer service! :)

I've purchased multiple cards through Prezzee and not had an issue with a single one. They came through instantly and have all been utilised with no problems.

My gift card wasn’t delivered and they resolved it. Am only giving it 4* because I don’t like robots. When I eventually got a person, they solved it very helpfully.

Avoid! Awful customer service

Awful customer service. They lie about who you can buy vouchers with. And won't help combine vouchers or literally anything.
