No, don’t do it.

I've been communicating with a sales representative through the week to set up cross-state transportation for a youth trip tomorrow. When I reached out to the rep this evening to confirm the agreement, I was told there was no vehicle available. As of last night, the contract only required finalization. Since last night, there had been no communication from the company until I reached out this evening. My request to speak with a supervisor has so far been ignored. My organization counted on Price 4 Limo, and now, with less than 24 hours before our anticipated departure, we are scrambling to find some solution on our own.

Update: Since being told last night that the vehicle is no longer available, I continue to receive texts with links to estimates that I certainly do not need at this point. If you’re considering using this middle-man scam of a company, first read all the one- and two-star ratings. The common themes are inflated prices, unfulfilled promises, and refusal to provide refunds. These critical reviews seem much more authentic than the redundant, glowing five-star reviews declaring “sales rep Brian is a rock star!!!”
