I received a car in a lower category…
I received a car in a lower category than I have paid for.
We arrive at 21:00. The car was waiting in a different airport despite reconfirming we the office in the morning.
The fuel was about 1/8. We had to find a fuel station in the middle of the night. Not cool at all.

Regarding the fuel level, our company operates under a **same-to-same** fuel policy, meaning vehicles are returned with the same fuel level they had at pickup. As a result, the fuel level depends on how the previous customer returned the vehicle.

More or less good price but with issues
More or less good price and friendly staff. But unfortunately that didn't have reserved car available and because of that car pick took 30 min, that's way too long. From the bright side returning the car was instant. Also cleanliness of the cars are not too high, but is not big deal.

The time of geting the car was longer…
The time of geting the car was longer than 30min because there were not a car with automatic shift gear at the airport. Also I paid extra to get newest car that means 2025/26 and I got a 2024 with 90k kilometers already made and windwish wapers were not working corectly and the car was in bad shape.
