Pathetic response to my delivery being sent to the wrong address , and their response was to ask me to go fetch it even though it was half a mile from my address , and all they gave me was a door photo and a gps map covering about 20 homes.

Although a big supplier, but when it comes to supporting online sellers I had a really bad experience with them. No LETTER OF AUTHORISATION is provided for any item and if you receive any IP Complaint on Amazon, consider no product authenticity document will be provided from them. Total loss of money and damage to our Amazon Account.
