The product I received was damaged
The product I received was damaged, as clearly shown in the photos—the port is misplaced. I contacted the seller immediately after receiving the order, but they refused to replace it, stating that I did not provide an unboxing video, which I was never informed was required.
This is very disappointing. Poor customer service and lack of support for genuine issues.

Fraud Company
I bought a Redmi Note 15 phone from this website [Order# 3204721]. Their website clearly mentioned that the phone will have NFC (we have screenshots of their website), which was the only reason due to which I wanted a Note phone. To my utmost surprise, the phone which was delivered had totally different features than the one stated on their website. It seems that although the phone packing etc named it a Redmi Not 15, in fact it was not!
We tried hard to contact their service centre on phone. Finally when we got through, they told us that our case is legitimate and that we should visit their service centre in Gujranwala! They assured it will be open for business on Friday! When we went there after travelling for 20 km, it was closed!!!! After a lot of back and forth email exchange they admitted that their website had wrong information and that they will update it stating that the Redmi Note 15 has no NFC! But they wont refund my order!!!
Very disappointing! Never buy anything from this bogus company!

Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with PriceOye. I placed an order on **7 April** for an **iPhone 17 Pro Max (Order ID: 3196683)** and immediately informed their team that the delivery address needed to be updated. Since then, I have made **4–5 calls and sent multiple emails**, but still **no proper update** has been given.
It is a **very small issue** that should have been resolved quickly, but instead I have been waiting for days without any clear response. This kind of delay and lack of support is very frustrating for customers, especially when the order value is high.
Honestly, I regret placing this order. Other platforms usually resolve such issues quickly, but here it has become unnecessarily stressful.
If this is the level of customer support, I would not recommend ordering from here.
(We would like to clarify that on the same day you requested the address change, we updated the details accordingly and placed a new replacement order with the revised address.)
Thank you for your response. However, I would like to clarify the situation briefly.
I requested the address change on late night 6 April immediately after placing the order through both calls and email. On calls I was told to send an email, and on email I was asked to call the helpline.
The next day, one representative told me to cancel and place a new order, while another informed me that my address had already been updated. However, the address was never updated in the app, and later I was told that my order was actually on hold due to the address issue.
Eventually, your team cancelled the order, and even after that no new order was placed till next day. After I called again and requested a refund, a new order was finally placed on 10 April.
This is why the process has been frustrating

I purchased 45 w Samsung adapter. Charger is getting very hot. There is no logo of samsung neither on box nor adapter. Also, serial number mismatch what's written on adapter and box.

I purchased Samsung 45 watt adapter from priceoye. It is clone not original. Not support 45 watt, and gets extremely hot.
I launched a complaint about fake adapter but they closed it without solving it, even didn't ask for problem.
They are scammers. My friend also purchased smartphone but not working properly.
They don't return product after purchase.
They sell clone and repacked products.

The magnetic feature of the earbuds is not functioning correctly, causing them to detach from the port.
Additionally, the speaker generates extraneous noise that may cause auditory discomfort.

Delivery Sucks
I was a regular customer of PriceOye and previously had good experiences, but my recent order has been extremely disappointing. The delivery was scheduled for **11-02-2026**, but even on **13-02-2026** I still haven’t received my order. On the delivery day, the PriceOye rider called me and asked me to come to a **PSO petrol pump** to collect the order myself. When I told him I was at the office, he asked me to send someone from home instead, which is not how a delivery service should operate. Instead of resolving the issue, PriceOye changed the logistics partner to M&P courier, and the parcel is still undelivered. Very frustrating experience.
