Sophie!! Sophie made the experience great. . . The story. . . I ordered 2 watches from Pride & Pinion, the watches ordered were recommended by Nico on his youtube channel. I am a fan of his channel and his . . . Candor . . . So i ordered them from his shop. Issue is one of the watches i ordered was sent to me in the Wrong box, normally this wouldnt be a massive issue but as it was the Nivada Chronoking I did not receive the alternate coloured bezels that come as part of it and the box I did receive was for a largely more valuable watch. . . Enter Sophie who responded to my query and arranged for the correct box to be delivered the next day aswell as collection of the wrong box . . . I shopped there because of Nico but i will return because of Sophie . . . Give her a raise 😁

Quick delivery and received the watch as expected. Good service overall.

Overall the experience was good. I only purchased a nato strap… so not a massive spend.

The only criticism I have is, I tried contacting Pride and Pinion after the purchase to get some technical details and measurements. I was prompted to do that through WhatsApp but I didn’t get a reply after two attempts.

In the end, everything was good with the strap, so I didn’t need the reply and nor did I follow it up.

I would buy again from them. The shipping was really quick and their pricing was good. So a thumbs up there 👍

A few times I’ve viewed the Pride and Pinion website and decided this time to make a purchase.
I contacted them via WhatsApp directly and received a reply from Ben.
I then called them and they were very helpful passing on to Ben that I had contacted to speak with him directly.
Ben called me to help me with my purchase. Not only was it a call about the watch I was buying, it felt more personal and not a “sales call”. He was very professional, friendly and answered every question I had.
I purchased a Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 in Ice Blue.
The reason I called was because it was showing out of stock and I wanted to know when it was coming back in to stock.
Ben then told me not to worry and he can arrange for me to get one even if it came directly from Tissot and that he would confirm delivery times for me.
Ben did contact me again a bit later to say they’ve just received a delivery and they just received 1 on that delivery. I made the purchase and it was extremely easy and effortless.
I received constant updates about my order and my new watch was with me the very next day.
I love the watch and have had so many great compliments.

The transaction proceeded effortlessly as I exchanged some Tudors and a Datejust for a brand-new 2025 Sky-Dweller. Although there were some minor frustrations, they generously included plenty of merchandise and even a Casio watch for my son. The watch is beautiful and exactly as promised. I would certainly engage in business with them again.

I ordered a Tissot watch for my fiancé for our wedding day. Unfortunately through no fault of their own there was a delay with the courier, but I was contacted straight away by Sophie, who informed me they were aware of the slight delay and are on top of it. She was very professional and easy to deal with, she also threw in some extra surprises as a token of goodwills for me! Overall amazing customer service, a great watch and one pending happy husband! I had a very positive experience with Pride & Pinion. The level of service and communication was excellent throughout, and I felt well looked after from start to finish.
Both Ben and Marc were extremely helpful, professional, and approachable. I am a first time customer, and I ordered a watch from P&P solely based on my enjoyment of Nico's YT channel. The price on the watch was competitive, and I wanted my business to go to Nico and P&P. I was not disappointed. The watch is spectacular. The customer service is even better. I had a small shipping issue and Sophie helped with rectifying the issue and provided great communication throughout that process. Between the great selection of watches, competitive pricing, and top notch customer service I will be buying again from P&P while also telling others to purchase from P&P.

I recently purchased watch for my brothers upcoming birthday and had very little experience regarding watch’s. I was assisted by Mark who provided me with in depth detail regarding different watches and there mechanisms so I could make a decision on what to buy. I did have a small delay in shipping which was at no fault to Pride & Pinion as Royal Mail had the issue however, Mark continued to provide excellent service with chasing them for updates and making sure the watch arrived after 3 days of the original delivery day.

All around smooth and reliable process with a a lot of detail to your query’s and purchase.

I had a fantastic, seamless experience purchasing an Omega Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch. Mark Skinner was my contact from Pride and Pinion, and his service was truly exceptional—fast, professional, and personal.

He was incredibly quick to secure the watch, provided clear information, and answered all my questions with lighting fast speed.

To top it off, he included a "godtier" gift T-shirt for my son, a huge fan of their YouTube channel, along with a watch cleaning and maintenance kit.

I ordered a small ticket item (an accessory, not a watch) on 10 December. I have queried where it is and had no reply. Their advice on the website says they have to wait for Shopify to clear the funds, but no indication of how long that takes. The delivery information on their website for this order is non existent apart from that. I will be asking for a refund now and go somewhere else, and I won’t be ordering from them again!

Inquired with Mark about buying some watches and the experience was nothing less than perfect. Lots of communication and updates, very secure shipping and super efficient! Can't recommend these lads enough!

Whilst staying in the Merchant, I decided to pop my head in the door of the vault to "take a look". Had a chat with Mark about watches and I was into and hey presto, I am now the proud owner of a watch from Pride & Pinion. It was a great experience all round, I did not have much intentions of buying a watch but Mark ran through how a deal could be done etc. and it just felt right. Service was super quick and responsive, highly recommend.

Absolutely first class service, sorted me out with a beautiful 41mm wimbeldon dial date just and green faced 31mm oyster perpetual both in factory new condition.
