Below 6/7 Experience

Spent over $300; waited 4 work days until it shipped (on a Saturday) with another 3+ days!of small parcel / slow ups ground transit and also with a spend that high, no free shipping! Repeat buyer for years; took a break and avoided Prilla until time allowed me to forget how slow they process orders.

First seemed to have lost order

First seemed to have lost order, customer service sketchy at best, after a few days CS number rerouted to gift center offering $100 Visa gift card after you pay a $4.95 activation fee. Finally, after 10 days received UPS confirmation that a label had created. Today after 12 days indicates order has been shipped. Actually, went to another site and purchased product to be received today as did not believe this company would ever fulfil order. what a mess.

Order canceled with out notice

The first time I ordered my order was canceled with no communication. I had to call in and check on the status. And was told. I was given a discount code for my next order and still have not received shipping information for my new order.

Risky Business

You order one thing... they send you a completely different product. Never know what you're going to get. Using this website is totally a gamble. You've been warned.

1/13/25: Replying to your comment. I've already submitted a support ticket 3 days ago and have heard nothing back. You have the time to reply here publicly but not to my actual support ticket. Great.

For anyone reading this, you'll notice a big up-tick in 1 star reviews for this company recently. That doesn't happen on accident. Just keep that in mind before ordering.

So I have been using this site for 2 years, and recently placed an order but they charged me without delivering the product.
