I was gifted some collegen by Primabiotic & took it for 7 days. During that time I started experiencing mild gastro symptoms & by day 7 I was in agony with cramps, lost my appetite & had diarrhea. I have ulcerative colitis (inflammatory bowel disease) & have had to take further medication to stop the symptoms caused by the collegen. It took 5 days beyond stopping the collegen for my symptoms to ease. I ask that there should be a warning on this product for those with gastrointestinal issues NOT to take this product. It made me unwell & started to flare my disease after being in remission for a year.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this brand in Poland and was genuinely happy to see their products available in the UK. However, I was really disappointed to find that the prices here — even with discounts — are nearly double. I understand paying a bit more due to taxes or distribution costs, but this price difference feels excessive and unjustified.

For example, the collagen sold in the UK is far more expensive than both the same product in Poland and similar alternatives on the market here. It’s frustrating and honestly feels like the brand is taking advantage of UK customers.

This has made me lose some trust in a company I used to really like. Great products, but the pricing strategy in the UK is incredibly off-putting.

I placed an order on February 23rd, spending a significant amount of money, but my order was not shipped until over a week later, on March 3rd. After contacting customer service, I found out that their system had not registered my payment, even though it had been successfully processed. This delay was frustrating and unacceptable. I expected a much smoother experience.
