STAY AWAY!

It has been almost a month since ordered and the projector has not even been shipped. Customer service does not answer to queries.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. The projector was sent with the wrong power cord. Still waiting for a replacement and missing usb drive 28 days from initial order. The projector’s image is blurry and it will not run downloaded movies from Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and HBO Max. Customer service is slow to respond and the technical support is unavailable.

Stay AWAY! 20 days just to SHIP an Item, NOW LOST! No email Answer!

First of all:

I've ordered and paid on the 27th of October 2020, the order after 2 weeks wasn't updated whatsoever. I sent them an e-mail on the 9th of November, for which I received an answer on the 11th of November saying: "Hi,We apologize for the inconvenience. We will ship this as soon as possible!
Thank you for your patience."

After solliciting for a timeframe threating them of a refund, they answered me on the 13th of November, saying the item will be shipped on Monday.

The item was shipped on the 16th of November (original date of the payment and order was 27th of October, so 20 days JUST TO SHIP the item).

On the 15th of December, YES, DECEMBER, almost 2 months after the payment!.. I called fedex with the tracking coded provided (after I asked via email, because they didn't give me one), and the package was in Belgium since the 20th of November with no further updates. So just to be precise 25 days without updates.
The courier told us to wait for 2 days because they needed to investigate.
Of course they didn't call us back, so we did.
They told us that the package is officially considered lost and that we cannot ask for a refund, instead because they paid from their account, the shop has to open a claim for this lost package and then we will go from there.

I've sent them an email on the 17th of December telling them this. Still no answer. I'll wait another couple of days, then I will ask my lawyer (who's also my wife, so yeah, free of charge), to pursue this matter. At this point is not about the money, but about the principle.

This shop is one of the worst experiences I've ever had shopping online.

EDIT: 21/12/2020, after 4 days they told me (like they didn't even read my email), that I have to open a claim with FedEx, bare in mind that in my email I explocitely said FedEx told me I can't do anything because the sender has to do that. They don't even care.

EDIT: on December the 23rd they decided to reply that FedEx actually told them that there might be delays (on a package that has already be confermed lost?!)... and to wait until the first days of January 2021.

EDIT: on January the 9th I remind them that my package is still lost, they answer me on the 13th that they will "Discuss it with the team as soon as possible", which I doubt at this point because it looks more like is one-guy scamming operation but whatever.
After not hearing back from them, on the 19th of January I tell them that I want an answer by the end of the week or I'm sending everything to my lawyer.
They reply on the 22nd saying for the first time that they filed a claim with FedEx for the lost parcel. They want to send a replacement projector screen and if I could confirm my address (which is the freaking same of the first parcel, they have it since 3-THREE months ago, when I placed the order).
I reply few minutes after receiving the email that I don't want a replacement, I want my money back since 3 months without receiving the package was more than enough.

EDIT: 27th of January, they answer me that.... THEY ARE CHECKING WITH FEDEX the status of the package. I'm sorry didn't you file a claim for the lost package already? Didn't we established that the package is lost like... I don't know... 2 months ago?
Why are you scamming people like this?!
IT IS NOW 3 MONTHS from my order with no trace of the package and with a customer support whose answers are just making you go in circles. But they've found the wrong person this time. I'll make sure that you don't scam anybody else.
