The clothing is amazing material everything about but when it comes to bagging their bags are reliable they rip if to much added I know their doin recycling but I think it’s better if they used plastic recycled bags bc papers ones can’t hold as much n trying to shop around n it rips is a no go !!

I miss the deline to exchange or return due to illness and they said no. All I wanted to do was exchange the pants for size. How hard could that be?? I was told they were out of the system, but the jeans were still on the sales floor. Will not go there again!!!

What can I say more clothes on the floor wrong hangers wrong place not the staff fault very cheap prices but you pay for what you get 3 washes later they look terrible

I hate Primark with all my soul. I despise it.
It is the worst place ever! Never go to Primark trust me!
This revolting shop is full of reckless wild teenagers who kept yelling at me which was utterly rude. These female teenagers were a strange sort of orange colour, maybe they had a skin condition.
The worst thing about this place was the manky sludge all over the floor! I think someone had an accident! Someone had done a big poo poo on the floor! In the middle of the shop! And no one could be bothered to clean it up! I told a group of the workers “You should all be doing your job and clean up the mess in your shop as someone has poo pooed all over the floor and it is your responsibility to clean that up and get rid of it so you don’t lose customers although I am surprised you have any customers with this attitude and this stupid shop” They then all gave me a dirty look and walked away. THEN THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO KICK ME OUT OF THE SHOP! ME!! ALL I DID WAS TELL PEOPLE HOW TO DO THEIR JOB WHICH THEY SHOULD ALREADY KNOW HOW THEY SHOULDVE BEEN THE ONES KICKED OUT AND NOT ME!!😡😡😡 I bet this shop has LOL! Which means lots of lice. NEVER EVER EVER EVER IN YOUR WHOLE LIFE EVER GO TO PRIMARK. IT IS LIKE LIVING HELL!

I wouldn’t recommend Coventry primark very bad customer service and poor quality and attitude

They have no small sizes and favourtism fat people and i wouldn’t recommended going.

Everybody working in Primark is super polite and helpful, now stores are not as before covid, but when everything will go back to normality I will for sure purchase more candles, sportwear and loungewear. But how can such a big, family oriented and well known company has such a toxic smelly poor quality shoes and bag sections?With all the cheap and good quality European factories willing to partner with Primark they choose the worst Asian quality possible???Their quality managers should start considering reducing transcontinental import creating useless tons of pollution .

i absolutely love primark whenever i go i can find what im looking for. the staff there are really nice to. however i feel as if primark should start doing pjamas and hoodies that teenagers would definitley buy such as vampire diaries, the originals and more tv shows.

So when I go to primark I like to get pajamas but I really like getting the Disney pajamas because they have great designs but they do be pricey. Primark if you are reading this hi I want to give you some ideas for pajamas you should do some vampire diaries pajamas because I would definitely buy them thank youuuuuu

Love primark so much! The only MASSIVE downside is that they don’t deliver and since I don’t live in a city with a primark I’ve always got to travel to go shopping there so can’t shop as often as I’d like to!
The range of clothes is awesome and they always have something to suit my style whenever I shop there.

I have been visiting shops in Belgium, Italy, and UK and I am always happy with what I buy from them.
They have so many choices and I love the whole Disney line.
I have been decoring my bedroom and studio with their home decor dep. when I relocated back from Mexico in November and I will keep on buying from Primark.

my first time at the store and my last at the freehold mall nj worst check out and return line ever waited 15 minutes lots of people on line two people at cashier and this was at 1030 am not a holiday either

My review is about return policy. There are few, if any, stores in NY that only have a 28 day return policy. At the very least the return window is 30 days. Being used to that policy, I went to Primark to return something at the 30 day mark....two days late. The cashier told me she could not help me; that the policy is a strict 28 days. I could not get my money back for the items that fit no one, nor could I even exchange them for some other merchandise. After I returned home, I called the store manager and spoke to the one on duty at that time. She said they do make exceptions for a day or two, so she told me I could come back the same day and she would help me. I am a senior citizen, had just recently gotten home from the store and really did not feel able to go out again. I told her I could come back in the morning, but she said she would only allow the refund til end of day. So even though I am tired out, I have to get myself back to the store; spend more money to get there and more time. Their return policy is narrower than any other and I will not be shopping for anyone in that store again.

Only upside to primark is being cheap, but apart from that, the clothes are poor quality and the stores are always packed to the brim.

Very nice clothes for the amount they cost awsome for gifts!
