Had an issue with an order and was able…

Had an issue with an order and was able to not only call PA directly, but I was able to speak with a real person within only a few minutes. The customer service employee was able to quickly help me get my item reorder and was courteous and professional during the call.

What can be said that hasn't already…

What can be said that hasn't already been said by thousands of your customers? The selection is unprecendented and the shipping is incredibly fast. I mean we are talking Clark Kent fast. You know, faster than a speeding...well you get it.

I love Primary Arms and it is my go to site for all things Pew related.

Great Product

Purchased the SLx 2.26" T2 riser mount and it was perfect. The only thing I would change is include torque specs for the T2 optic itself to the mount and for the rail clamp as well. Had to go off some generic values I found on a few different websites. Other than that Primary Arms is always a pleasure to work with!

Great service and great product

Great service and great product. On 12/30 I ordered an open box red dot sight, PA-SLX-RS-10R, it arrived on 1/5 in perfect condition. Everything that was supposed to be in the box was in the box. Mounted on my slide and sighted in easily. I got a great deal on a great red Dot site. Thank you Primary Arms.

Awesome service and products

I ordered 6 tungsten buffer weights during the Christmas holiday. Needed them to increase the buffer weights in 3 different ar platforms for smoother cycling for some frts. They processed and shipped my order as if it was any other week. A+++
