I am not able to fault Prime appointments in particular Katie. Kept me informed and up to date at all times. Nothing was too much. Would recommend Prime to others

Prime Appointments have been so helpful from the beginning of my search for work. Having applied for a role through themselves on a job search website that was no longer available, they reached out with similar vacancies and sent my details over very promptly. The turnaround from the employer receiving my details, interviews, offers and acceptance was very efficient and Katie has kept in contact throughout and been incredibly helpful. I am very grateful for all their support.

Since I got to the UK, this has genuinely been the only time I am more than happy with any form of registration. Registering and starting work with Prime didn't take up to a week unlike some other agencies. I am truly excited to be with them and even though the pay is not as high, compared to others, their service is top-notch. I am just a newbie with them but with what I have experienced so far, Prime is good.

Prime appointments were a very helpful company, they were able to provide me with work at the Maldon salt company when i didn't have any with my current employer, all the people i worked with were very friendly and always helped me when i needed it, prime appointments always gave me plenty of notice of when i needed to work and when the Maldon salt company didn't have any work for me prime appointments made sure i still had work and i went to work at Beards and Daisy's to keep my options open, both companies i worked for the employers and other employees were all really friendly and helpful.
I am very happy with my experience with prime appointments and have enjoyed all the work i have done with them, i highly recommend them and look forward to going back to work with them if ever in the future my current employer has not got any work for me.

I was unemployed for 10 years. I finally got a degree in that time and was still unemployed for nearly a year.
I wasn't sure what I was doing wrong and was quite jaded about recruitment companies, handing them my CV and hoping for the best. None would ever check in on me.

After applying to Prime Appointments I was chased up right away and they got me an interview in a week. This was my first interview in the field I wanted and boosted me positively in the right direction. I even got a second interview and was called back on my way home to be given the job!

Prime Appointments is very responsible to its customers. They introduced my background, skills, and even my personal wishes to the employer in detail. Therefore, I found out during the interview that the interviewer already had a good impression of me. And Prime Appointments also prepared interview tips for me. I signed up online with Prime Appointments and within an hour or so I was contacted by Ross Brown to chat about what, where and when I was looking for employment. He forwarded my CV to a job that suited what I was looking for. He contacted me later in the day to let me know the space had already been taken but he would have a look at his contacts for similar jobs. The next morning he contacted me again to let me know that the same employer had another job that I might be interested in and quickly arranged an interview. I looked over the handbook that was emailed to me by Ross which gave great advice about CV writing right through to preparing for an interview. I used that advice in preparing for my interview and it paid off. I was offered the job and I would be getting paid more than the original job I applied for. I can't thank Ross and the team for what they have done. 5 star service from Prime Appointments. Top Class.

Julia was amazing with how she helped me to find a new job, sent my CV to lots of company’s snd arranged an interview in the first week and that ended up with me getting the job on the spot, couldn’t of done it with out her she’s lovely and will give her 5 stars for how good she was across the board, will use her again if I need work.
