This company told me they were closing and couldn't do my bathroom. They gave me 40% back but then still send less in the check.

Now I see they never closed and are scamming people again.

Dishonest , lack of follow up . Zero order management . Promised a refund never came through . Avoid this company and report it to trading standards . Taj not sure who or what his role is confirmed I would receive a refund within 5 days of an order placed on the 3rd March . No refund received . Do not use this company .

They take your money but don’t deliver the goods, don’t reply to emails and don’t answer the phone. AVOID

I never received my order they don't pick up the phone I have been left on hold until it went off. never shop here.

The ordered item never arrived and Prime Bathrooms did not respond to my emails. I assume it is a scam.

Not received an update on my order after two weeks. No response to my emails and Taj does not return calls to provide an update. Starting to think this may be a scam.

Awful customer care and they lie about deliveries, which has been resent four times they say! By the many awful reviews, company should not be recommended, only as worst company for 2025.

The cupboard we ordered wasn’t the colour we expected so we contacted prime bathrooms who sent swatches . We chose a different colour and the exchange was easy and hassle free.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a vanity unit mid Nov, took nearly a month to arrive. Turned up and is the wrong unit (and damaged!!). Called the office and there is absolutely zero customer service skills and no apology what so ever. Have sent emails to receive very short responses if any. Still waiting for the promised refund. Would not recommend even to my worst enemy.

Item delivered extremely well packaged in agreed time frame. Excellent service throughout, recommended.

Communication & customer service IS THE WORST. Ordered a bath paying over £400 with delivery for between 1-4 days. Did not hear anything about delivery date so started chasing. Was fobbed off and ignored - had to keep chasing for info. In the end cancelled order and was told I’d get a refund but many, many weeks later, still received nothing. Not replying to emails or messages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Only giving 1 star as I can’t give zero, very poor customer service, no answer to numerous calls and emails, still waiting for delivery weeks after payment taken, seriously consider wether you can be bothered with this kind of service when there’s so many other companies out there .
