They behave like frauds

So, I've just graduated from Slyadnev's online photoschool in Prime class and very disappointed with it.
Suddenly they changed their rules and violated the agreement. I'm feeling deceived by frauds.

I paid for professional course (4 units) in advance $400 last year. I chose and trusted this course because Mr Slyadnev is a famous photographer in Odessa, Ukraine they promised that Mr Slyadnev will check our homework what happened only once!!, you can continue working and study whenever you want and it depends on you how fast you'll finish this course.

I passed all 4 units. In the 1st unit everyone is still excited and they ask you to write a + comment about the school, it's one of the hometask to move forward. Mr Slyadnev has never checked my homework in the first 2 units, there are his assistants who are not even photographers, who just "accept" your homework without any professional comments.
Sometimes it took more than a month when smb finally "accepted" my homework! I should remind them many times!

Only when I joined the 3rd unit I received the 1st and the last! short video comment from Slyadnev. In the next video review I didn't receive any feedback about my homework though new students from Belarus! received a full feedback from the 1st unit!?! Though they wrote on their website they stopped to work with students from Russia and Belarus!?
After that we're informed that Mr Slyadnev decided to stop checking homework of students from "the old school" as it's expired!? without any detailed explanation what to do next.

There was no any mentioned info about restrictions in terms neither on website nor in WhatsApp messages discussion with their representatives.
I provided them screenshots, anyway they ignored it, removed me from the group! and proposed to move to a new course for a much higher price! with discount where they promise to check our homework :)

Mr Slyadnev ignored my messages, though before when he needed me to support his "English school" he replied immediately but this time he just blocked me!!?

Anyway, I decided to finish this school asap and received their "auto-generated certificate" without any stamp & signatures!!?!

Mostly his course is full of old long boring workshops and very short video records the same like on his YouTube channel.

There was some important info for work in Ukraine, also exams, projects, personal feedback of Slyadnev, his advices regarding your portfolio, etc. in the 4th unit but I didn't receive any as they told the course is "expired"!

The school is very "raw" and basic. I got much more knowledges from different photographers on youtu.be and books for free!
He doesn't care about his students but money only. You can't trust Primeclass as they're not responsible for their words and they know nothing about customer service at all!

Hi Anna,

So sorry to hear you had a bad experience! We'd love to make it right.

First, it appears that your experience with our previous, Ukraine-based course (not the current course that is offered in the United States) occurred at the same time we were closing down our Ukraine-based school and pivoting the company to humanitarian efforts after Russia invaded Ukraine.

For a period of several months the entire team was reorienting away from being a photography school, to saving lives. We regret that this caused a delay in reviewing homework and concluding the units you took!

The timing was unfortunate, but we did have to pivot our entire school from within the Ukraine (because of the war), we decided to engage in a humanitarian effort, and then pivoted to opening a new school in the U.S. Market. You can learn more about that decision and why we made it here: https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/from-100kmo-revenue-zero-back-primeclass-story-one-slide-ivan-kovpak/

Please reach out to contact us, as we'd love to turn your bad experience into a good one!
