DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Sent a dodgy looking different product and only half the amount. No responses at all to my many e mails.

STAY AWAY

This is a SCAM! Chinese company. Great advertising though!

They have my money, I have never received my product!! They refuse to answer email enquiries! I have asked for a refund and they are simply ignoring me! They take your money and send you nothing.. basically theft on their behalf..

A few days after I placed the order, the link to delivery tracking stopped working. I contacted the support via the email address given for updates, and have never had a response. I therefore lost confidence in the company and the product and requested to cancel the order and requested refund. No response. Eventually the order was delivered, and was not as advertised. The quantity was half that advertised, and ingredients listed on product not as comprehensive as the pitch on the website. In addition, the branding on the box is not 'Prime Drum' but a different company. It is not clear how to return the product and secure the refund. Avoid this company.

Con artists!!! I ordered 3 packs of 24 prime drum cleaner and I received 3 x 12 Jakehoe (can buy on shein for 2.85 each) still waiting to hear back about a refund

Tried to order one pack of washing machine cleaning tablets. Paid etc. Before confirmation of my order I was invited to buy another 72 tabs with a massive discount on it (resulting in paying twice the amount). I chose 'reject offer' or similar, or that's what I meant to do, but my order was updated to include the new purchase. Within seconds I was in touch with Primedrum explaining what had happened, that I only wanted one pack. No response. Now an email to say that my updated (double) order has been dispatched. Dodgy. Would never spend £50 on a product I haven't even tried yet!
