While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Complete disgrace & insecure management
My experience at this gym revealed a shocking lack of professionalism and respect for clients. The manager told my friend he wasn’t allowed inside simply for talking inside the premises something that is absurd and stupid to claim in a public space where everyone is interacting with each other. When I pointed out calmly that this kind of treatment was illegal and against consumer rights, the manager didn’t provide any explanation. Instead, he bragged that “this is the real gym in Morocco, we can enforce any rule” and then expelled me as well despite the fact that he had just said to me, “I’m not talking to you.”
In other words, I broke no rules. The reason for expulsion was reminding the manager that clients have rights. Expelling a paying member for speaking up shows not strength, but insecurity and arrogance.
I have already filed a formal complaint with the Moroccan Consumer Protection platform so that there is an official record of this abuse, and I could have immediately called a judicial commissioner to record the violation, but it was late at night.
I’ve also seen and known members told the “list is full” while staff are touring new prospects every hour. That’s a blatant double standard and a sad excuse for a lie.
Any business that treats clients with such contempt for professionalism and law is a liability to its members. If management can expel anyone without probable cause then you should care enough to avoid this place
