Customer service was able to refund my purchase when i had an issue with the track suit

Do not purchase from Prime Jackets because they do not honor a 100% refund. They will refund you a PORTION of the total amount. They have contacted me via telephone indicating they were going to provide me with proof they refunded me 100%, the proof was never provided. It PISSES ME OFF THAT THIS BS ASS COMPANY GOT OVER ON ME.
The BBB is investigating Prime Jackets as they have received several complaints regarding fraudulent information.
BUYER BEWARE.

This is such a scam! They send fake jackets it is not the real thing but it is the normal price! So dumb! Do not buy from this website

The shirt I received was not the same as in the picture and felt very synthetic/cheap nylon. I was able to get a full refund, but took 4 emails back and forth (was offered 3-4 other offers of less than 100% return, before finally getting a full refund). I was happy that customer support eventually resolved the issue.

I was very impressed by the fast reply, thorough communication, and kindness from the representative who helped me. When I asked for a return a few days after receiving, they first offered 35% refund to keep it and asked if I could send pictures. Not a problem, I am a retailer, I understand protecting your costs and how people take advantage. When I sent photos, in perfect condition with tags they confessed they could not accept a return because their warehouse was under construction. They offered I could keep it and get 75% back me still paying the $25 for a jacket that was misrepresented, wrong color, and with several details inaccurate. It’s a shame to have had this experience. It is a hustle. Be wary.

Took a long time to ship and it was too small but their service team was helpful and gave me a 75% discount. Overall I’m happy and would use them again.

Good customer service accidentally order two of the same jacket and quickly responded helped me out can’t wait till my jacket arrives

The jacket arrived and it was extremely small. However, when I contacted customer service, they were extremely helpful. They provided me with a partial refund as well as ability to donate jacket. I would suggest when you order a jacket order two sizes up.

The sizing on these jackets runs VERY small. I wanted to exchange the item for a larger size,but was asked to keep the jacket at a 50% discount, which I did. I will gift this jacket to someone much smaller than the originally intended recipient. If you want an oversize fit, I suggest going up at least 2 sizes. Customer service was very helpful and I received the partial refund very promptly. Just wish the jacket ran true(er) to size.

Outstanding costumer service
I ordered two jackets and got exactly what I was expecting. They are well made and look high quality. Unfortunately we thought that the jackets would fit oversized so we sized down and they didn’t fit. I reached out to costumer service and they were very helpful and gave me a couple of options to solve my issue. They are quick and very helpful.

Prime Jackets are the nicest most professional company I have ever dealt with - we had some issues with my daughter ordering the wrong size and they bent over backwards to get the right size to her - their prompt communication is outstanding I will deal with this company happily in the future the are truly amazing and have restored by trust in online purchasing 😁

I can’t say enough positive things about PrimeJackets! I had ordered a sweater that was too large in a small and needed to make a return. The staff were incredibly friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. They made me feel valued, and truly went the extra mile to resolve this issue.
