MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLATFORM WAS DEEPLY UNSETTLING AND RAISED SERIOUS DOUBTS ABOUT THE COMPANY'S CREDIBILITY, AFTER DEPOSITING A TOTAL OF $96,000, I TRIED TO WITHDRAW MY FUNDS.
THE ACCOUNT MANAGER ASSIGNED TO ME CARRIED OUT TRADES ON MY BEHALF REPEATEDLY PRESSURED ME TO DEPOSIT MORE MONEY.
HOWEVER, ONCE I REQUESTED A WITHDRAWAL, I WAS MET CONSTANT DELAYS AND OBSTACLES. IN THE END, BOTH MY INITIAL INVESTMENT AND ANY SUPPOSED PROFITS DISAPPEARED.
COMMUNICATION COMPLETELY BROKE DOWN THEY STOPPED RESPONDING, AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT PROVIDED NO ASSISTANCE.
AFTER WAITING FEW WEEKS WITH NO RESPONSE, I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO ESCALATE THE SITUATION, WITH THE HELP OF SAVCAPITALIMLIMITED, I WAS ABLE TO FILE A DISPUTE WHICH LED TO THE RECOVERY OF MY FUNDS. WITHOUT THAT INTERVENTION, I WOULD HAVE SUFFERED A COMPLETE FINANCIAL LOSS.
