Do not buy from them - unacceptable experience

Hi all,
I buy tons of things on the Internet - mostly concept art related stuff and games. Had different experiences, but very few as bad as this one.

So I found out about the site from the Facebook ad (I think) that was screaming about THE SALE that will end in a few days. OK. I've clicked the ad and got to the page that was promoting the 5-piece canvas from a recent Star Wars movie.

Their business practices are shady - including advertising "sales" that don't actually end and stock that can be refilled by refreshing the browser. OK - I can live with that.

So, I bought the item and didn't hear anything from them for a few weeks. Then I tried to inquire about the item. Their support didn't answer - not by email and not on their Facebook page (which is marked as "typically answers within the hour"). While reading comments on their page I did find their support answer to a person who had a similar issue. They said that item is sent 2-4 weeks after the order, so they can "print it to perfection", blah, blah, blah. Long story short - I've got my item in 3 months after ordering it. What did I get? 5 rags rolled in the tube.
OK, I did read the buying options:
No Frame - PRINT ONLY
With Frame - READY TO HANG PRINT STRETCHED ON A WOODEN FRAME
BUT I didn't realize that by "no frame" they mean "nothing except the canvas". The picture, shown on their site HAS NO FRAME - there is nothing around the image. Usually, when I choose frame type (wood, aluminum, etc.), I choose the frame AROUND the image. Not behind it. Technically it is correct, but I never saw the site who does that. OK. I can live with that as well. So, I went to the local frame shop that can stretch the rags that I've got on the frames. The price of stretching the 5 canvas set is... 104 USD. But, it's not even the worst part - I can pay for my geek stuff. The margins left should be around 5 centimeters from each side. Primelineapparel left about 3 centimeters. That means 2 centimeters will be taken from the picture.
And the last nail to the coffin - the print quality is low. I'm not sure that their source is full HD, not talking about printing resolutions. As an art director in a gaming company, I would never approve such quality for the promotional print.

I won't buy from them again - would gladly pay x3-4 for getting a good item. I'm not even sure that Disney is aware of this Star Wars merchandise site.
