The proprietor gives one visual description and sends a "very" small flashlight in its place. THIS IS A CORRUPT FRONT TO DECEIVE THE BUYER!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Primenoire is a scam company

Primenoire is a scam company. When the product arrived all I saw was a short thin toy torch inside the envelope. Nothing else. I contacted them and they said it would need to be posted back to the China warehouse for a full refund. I paid $35 to send it back. And it arrived in China 3 Dec 21. Still no refund or postage compensation.. I have contacted Paypal to resolve this.. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM.

This order is so disappointing

This order is so disappointing. The light is small. It has no case. Came without any instructions or warranty info. Took forever to get here and now I wish I had read the reviews. I paid a small fortune for this and expected much more.

Buyer beware!

Can confirm. Totally scammed like everyone else. Fell for the facebook advertising campaign and purchased the navies ultralamp. Once purchased it gave me the option to upgrade to the pro version. This extra payment, when i checked my Paypal, was a setup for automatic payments which luckily i was able to cancel in my Paypal account. Wish i could give zero stars. The way they asked for extra after i made my purchase was a red flag for me so i immediately emailed and cancelled the order. A return email said they had successfully cancelled my order and would refund me. They still sent the torch and no refund as yet. I will be starting a Paypal claim if i'm not refunded within 24 hours of my last email to them.

Agree with everyone else

Agree with everyone else - I SHOULD HAVE GOOGLED THE REVIEWS!! It's a small flashlight for God's sake and doesn't do anything that other flashlights do. Total waste of my money and too expensive to return. BUYER BEWARE.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered the Navies lamp and the upgraded lantern. I received a £3 keyring torch that took 1x AA battery. The order was tracked and guess what....the second order rhat didn't arrive had the same tracking number. I went to PayPal and they had a little statement saying not to bother disputing it as they fight all disputes and I would lose. I love a challenge so I disputed both orders and PayPal found in my favour so I was lucky to be refunded. Excellent marketing guys on Facebook - I fell for it after a few beers but please KEEP AWAY from PrimeNoire. Absolute scammers. You have been warned ⚠️

Don't do it! A definite no buy product

Ordered flashlight and got scammedike everyone else. They wanted to give me a 50% coupon code on my next order and refund me 30%+ keep the flashlight, nope! What makes them think I want to do business again with them. Not worth returning the product to their warehouse in China, may not ever see my money anyway.

The Flash Light that isn't

The Face Book Videos were well done and I fell for it. The super powered light supposedly could lite a fire and you could see forever. What I got was a cute 3-5/8 inch long baby flash light that given time could grow to be big and powerful. Turned out there were three orders on the same day. One was for a $19 per month subscription to something and the other never showed up so I don't know what I was billed for. Oh, and try to find an address for Primenoire>

Like Rick Knect I too got scammed..

Like Rick Knect I too got scammed... well I got a tiny torch, not what I was expecting, so I send them an message, that I wasn't happy. They got back to me, "would I like to return the light" I said yes, send me return advise, they didn't but they refunded all the money. So I'm not really scammed, except I still don't have a torch. Who can you trust now.

I ordered two of these Navies UltraLamp…

I ordered two of these Navies UltraLamp "High Powered Paper Burning Flashlights" and paid $30au extra for one upgraded to Pro version.
I received a little postpack envelope with two unbranded penlight torches both identical in little cardboard boxes with no instructions and no batteries or chargers. I assumed they would need high powered rechargable batteries but found out that they were only able to take a single AA battery. Put a battery in each and switched them on to be totally disappointed in the average output of the beams. These little penlight torches are a total ripoff and should cost $10aud if that much. I paid $100aud for the two with the upgrade. There is no "pro" version that is just a further scam. I am sure that to return them will be futile as it is obviously a scam company. I hope this honest review helps others to avoid the ripoff which is in operation by Primenoire.
