Totally useless

Totally useless. Just cancelled my order with no reason or email informing me that it had been cancelled. Very poor customer service. Joke of a company. Buyer beware.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment, but we did contact you directly regarding your order.

On Friday, 24 October at 08:42 AM, we emailed you to explain that unfortunately, the item you ordered cannot be shipped to Northern Ireland, and for that reason, your order had to be cancelled. As stated in that message, no payment was captured, and the cancellation was processed immediately after sending you the notification.

We understand this may have been frustrating, but we did our best to communicate as soon as we received confirmation from the supplier. If you’d like, we’re happy to resend the original email for your reference.

Great Customer Service

Prompt delivery and excellent communication. I had a small issue with my order and their customer services were a breath of fresh air. They were proactive in resolving the issue and very satisfactorily.
