Been using Prime Pixels fro a couple of months now for my photography start up business and their output and performance has been very poor. In 2 months they have only posted 7 basic posts - each with one photo with small caption and 4 hashtags. My engagement has not increased in the 2 months I have been paying them £310 a month and as a small business this is not got news.
They have made some small changes to my website some of which have been incorrect and as it stands I have been requesting them to make a small change in the incorrect pricing information for 3 weeks now. As well as the pricing being incorrect it doesn't align with the FB add that they put out.
One of the FB promotions they put out for me had the incorrect date ranges meaning it was out of date and relevant when posted. I could go on and on.
In short I would avoid using them and regret signing up with them.
