I AM DISGUSTED! HAVE BEEN THROWING UP!
I want to share my experience so that other sellers can make an informed decision before dealing with Prime Property Buyers / UK National Properties and buyer is Tramperly Limited listed in the sale.
I was first contacted by Zahra Hussain (Acquisition Manager) who agreed to purchase my property for £100,000. I was repeatedly reassured that the price would not change at the last minute and that the process could be completed very quickly, even suggesting that everything could be done within about a week she told me that I would get 100k by next Friday. I can see I emailed her that you would not change the price last minute and she told me that she was going to reply somehow I forgot about that and surely she did not reply because she knew the plan.
Based on those assurances I instructed solicitors and began progressing the sale. However, the process then continued for over six weeks. During that time I was regularly asked for documents or information in stages rather than all at once, which significantly slowed the process.
Throughout this period I was constantly chasing for updates. I was told several times that delays were due to my solicitor not responding. However, when I checked with my solicitor, I was informed that they had contacted the buyer’s side multiple times and were waiting for responses themselves.
This back-and-forth created a huge amount of stress and uncertainty.
During the process I was also asked to arrange and pay for items such as the management information pack, which added further costs while the transaction was supposedly progressing.
After more than a month of delays, I suddenly received an email stating that the purchase price would now be reduced from £100,000 to £80,000. This was a reduction of £20,000, despite earlier assurances that the agreed price would not change.
Naturally, I could not accept such a significant reduction after waiting so long and spending time and money progressing the sale.
Shortly afterwards I was informed that the purchase would no longer proceed.
The buyer was listed as Tramperly Limited, and the buyer’s solicitor involved was Right Legal Solicitors (Ash Aziz).I am sure they have had many situation like this. They are all part of the game. they were asking me why do i sell the property in every call to make sure i am desperate.
My personal experience with this process was extremely stressful and disappointing. If you are considering selling your property to a quick-purchase company, I strongly recommend doing very thorough research and being cautious about verbal assurances regarding price and timelines.
Another very strange part of this experience was that Zahra Hussain blocked my contact at the very end of the process, and shortly afterwards another person contacted me claiming to be her manager and saying they are ready to exchange the contract but they sent me that 80k email an hour before he called me so it is all part of the game .
From my perspective, the entire experience felt extremely frustrating and stressful. After weeks of delays, changing explanations and last-minute changes, I was left feeling very disappointed and honestly quite disgusted by how the situation was handled.
I am disgusted i have been throwing up
I am honestly disgusted by how this entire situation was handled, and I would strongly advise anyone reading this to never get involved with this company.
Zahra, I hope one day you reflect on how you treat people. I would rather sell my property for £50,000 elsewhere than accept £80,000 from your company after the way this process was handled.
