While it may seem unusual, there are currently no manufacturers of desktop color label printers that maintain on-site technicians in Hawaii. Across the industry, service is handled through depot support, as maintaining field technicians for printers in this price range is not economically feasible.

That said, we absolutely want to make sure your LX910 is working properly. It’s one of our most popular and reliable models, so it sounds like something isn’t quite right. quality in the print cartridges?

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. That’s not the level of performance we expect, and we understand how frustrating this is, especially after multiple replacements.

One important question that may help clarify what’s happening: have you tried the manual cleaning process shown in the video below?

Even with a brand new cartridge, this step can sometimes be necessary, particularly during the winter months when indoor humidity is very low. Inkjet nozzles fire extremely small droplets (about 7 picoliters), and even minor drying can affect performance. This is a normal characteristic of inkjet technology across all brands and is not unique to our cartridges.

Once the nozzles are properly primed and flowing, this typically resolves the issue long-term, and the manual process usually does not need to be repeated. The standard “Clean” function in the printer driver alone is often not sufficient in these situations.
