It’s not a 1-day wonder, you need motivation and dedication, but I started seeing results within a month of daily wearing it for 1hr (without exercising!) so I can only imagine if combined with regular fitness results would show faster!!
I like that it has 2 compartments where to insert the ice packs, so you can decide how cold you feel you can go by moving the ice packs closer or further from the skin.
Easily to adjust around hips, waist or thighs with the large Velcro, and great for those working from home days!!

Very happy with these so far! Bought both the belt and the vest after reading about brown fat, and been using it for a few weeks. Feeling very toned and I believe I can actually see results already...especially on my stomach, despite not exercising much lately. Was worried about the cold but you get used to it very quickly and it is actually quite pleasant (to me at least).
