This is my personal experience.

I had to send multiple emails before they responded that they will transfer the king's ransom of $20/- to my account. I have not got any report of the sales of the current quarter. They are blaming a glitch in the system and or no sales from the distributor Ingram. This is such a tall lie, to say that Ingram Sparks the biggest book retailer has a glitch in the system. I quote from the email I received from Prime Seven 'For the 2nd quarter royalty report, we haven’t received reports from our distributor. Sometimes there are glitch in their system or they haven’t got any sale from the resellers.' This is after I paid Prime Seven hundreds of dollars for the book returnability program. So far I have spent thousands of dollars, for promotions by Prime Seven Media, and I have not got hardly any sales at all. All this time their sales person has been harassing me with unsolicited phone calls, with multiple programs of promotion and promising me great returns. After they have taken your money, they do not do anything to promote the book, do not reply to the emails promptly.

I have emailed Prime Seven Media, that I wanted to end the contract with them. I have not received any reply to that.

PrimeSevenMedia have done a fantastic job of promoting my book.
Jimmy Miller, (and Rod Lee) have been very helpful and friendly throughout.
The Logan Crawford TV interview went smoothly and Logan is a great host, very supportive and enthusiastic.
Also, the press release is very extensive.

This is my personal experience.

First it was an online interview with Mr Logan Crawford. The company person Mr Josh Williams promised that he will check everything before the interview. That never happened. The audio was atrocious. I had to leave a bad review before it was corrected by using the audio that I recorded.

Then it was a book trailer. The quality was abysmal and after repeatedly asking them, they did not do anything.

Then the book was relaunched by Prime Seven through Ingram Sparks. I was promised that I will be sent the original report from Ingram every quarter. A few days ago, I received a report from Prime Seven with there logo, saying 6 books were sold and after all cuts they have $20/- for me.

Prime 7 media has been very helpful to me.The staff is super friendly.I really enjoyed the interview they set up for me with Mr Crawford.He was very friendly and easy to talk too.Great experience…

PrimeSevenMedia has done everything they said they would and have been able to accomplish it across hemispheres and timeliness. Well done.
What I would appreciate more is confirmations of receipt once I have digitally dispatched material, manuscripts, etc. It would ease the anxiety I develop as a digital illiterate.

Right on target, Logan & I are from the same neighborhood & hit if off. His comments/questions were right on for my book, my other books and my career as an entertainment psychotherapist.

The interview was painless. They practiced the interview twice to make sure I knew what to expect.

The people at Prime 7 media have been doing exactly what they said they would from the start. They would give me a gentle nudge when I needed it to finish an edit and they encouraged my writing throughout the whole process. I can write a novel, but I am not good at marketing. They have got a TV interview for me and a press release that will hopefully get people to buy my book and enjoy it. This has been an amazing process!

Phone communication good but staff needs to speak better English. They spent time trying to find the right words or sounded like they were reading a script.

Interview with Logan was very professional & we touched on varied topics related to the book.

The only downside is that the personnel continuously tried to "sell" me services that an ignorant neophyte might buy into. No one seemed to understand that the book had been originally published in 1983 by a known publisher, that an "expanded" version of the book was published in 2011 by the same publisher, and that its "republication" in 2023 was done by another known martial arts publisher. Staff [except for Logan] continuously worked on the assumption that I "needed a publisher for the first book I had just written", which was far from the truth. Being an experienced author with a total of 9 books published starting in 1983, I think the support staff did not act in Logan's, PrimeSeven Media's or my best interest.

Although i felt awkward at the beginning, it was just like talking to a friend.
The team at 'Prime Seven Media' prepared me beforehand, with thorough communication before going live with Logan.

What a great opportunity to have an interview with Logan Crawford. The people at Prime Seven Media worked with me with practice interviews for weeks before to make sure the setting at home and lighting was good ( zoom meeting ) and to get me comfortable with the process. The program was aired on Roku TV and carried on YouTube. Included in this package was a news release email advertising. This was a reasonably priced marketing package for authors. Primeseven caught me at the right time. I've published 5 books, wrote a total of 6, and was waiting for some kind of really good marketing to come my way. You can't ask for better than a TV interview with Logan Crawford, and a press release in 3 other countries.
