So nice, I did it twice!
A couple of weeks ago, Prime Time Boilers installed an air-conditioning unit in our sitting room. From the very beginning, communications with them were superb. For a start, their website was easy to negotiate, uncomplicated, and informative. Having decided to use them I discovered that the procedures were surprisingly easy. I had expected some sort of surveyor to visit to assess out situation, but no! The necessary survey of our property was done remotely, by video. As a result of that, I received a detailed quotation for the whole process. It was a very reasonable price, and, having accepted it, I received a proposed installation date
An electrician came the day before the installation to prepare the cabling for the unit. The machinery was delivered the day before, too. On installation day, the installer arrived as scheduled. Both technicians were friendly, efficient, cleaned up after themselves, and between them did a superb job. The installer talked me through the workings of the system when he had finished, and left a large pile of documentation for the Worcester Bosch system.
The unit works really well, and looks good if you notice it (it blends in with the room almost invisibly)! There is no cabling or pipework visible in the house, and the outside unit is amazingly neat and tidy. It even looks nice!!!
We’re really pleased and impressed with Prime Time. Hence the title of this blurb! I’ve arranged with them to install another unit in our bedroom, and this will arrive at the end of this week. Just in time for the next heat wave, I hope. The units will keep us warm in winter too – an added bonus!

It all went relatively smoothly within the quoted price. However the boiler which the surveyor said was the only suitable one was too big, so a new hole was required for the flue. The installer said there were others I could have used which would have fitted ;-( They also arrived without an electrician, so the final installation came a week later.

I had a problem with my installation…
I had a problem with my installation which was done last October. The pump was constantly running, the installer came back to change a remote switch after a short period of time the problem came back. The company said that as I live in a town house they would have to hard wire instead of using the wireless set up, after speaking with various technicians they said I could have a more powerful wireless switch, after many emails and really not getting anywhere I decided to get a heating engineer to have a look, he checked the valves and the thermostat for the tank because Primetime were convinced that was the problem, the engineer checked the wiring and found the pump was wired to the permanent live when he changed this the pump is working fine and that was a couple of weeks ago.
Primetime were convinced that either I or my plumber had changed it, which is ridiculous as I am not qualified to change the electrical wiring and nor is the plumber that came from my company, he changed the hub and router placement because the hub had a weak signal. Conversations with Hive and Worcester which were very helpful and contradicted things that I had been told.
I could not recommend this company at all.

Did an online quote
Did an online quote, the next day while I was at hospital. Had 9 calls, 4 texts and 4 emails. I replied to all the emails saying stop harassing me, I dont want to go ahead if this is how you harass people to get work. The next day they rang again. It was an AI generated voice. Explains a lot. I told that to take me off the system. It "seemed" to understand. Still getting emails though. Won't deal with a company who harasses me none stop, and uses AI instead of people.
