This guy has been brilliant from start to finish! Bought a watch from him with ease, and when I had a change of mind, he was very understanding and easy to deal with. 10/10 for customer service and communication. I also appreciated being able to negotiate the price, which he was happy to accommodate. Highly recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to deal with him again!

Really good. Got a watch from Primetime about 5 months ago. Watch works great as expected. A couple friends have also bought their watch from Primetime after I recommended them. They have very good value for money. I saved over £700 on my watch and it was basically new, immaculate. Also the owner is top man, very helpful every time I messaged prior to the sale as I was interested in a few of their other watches at the time. Can't fault this company, outrageously good

Dealt with Mikey on multiple occasions. A great guy but also great at his job. Knowledge is second to none, will always go the extra mile. If he hasn’t got something in stock he will always try his best to get in stock for you. Will only ever deal with Mikey now when it comes to purchasing watches.

Came across Primetime watches through a facebook group which recommended them. I saw a specific Tag Heuer Pepsi i wanted as my 30th birthday present from my family and friends. Right from the very fist message they were polite friendly and extremely helpful! I arranged to go to their office and pick up the watch which made the whole process such an enjoyable experience and a really nice memorable moment. Couldn't recommend them highly enough and ill certainly be coming back for my next one !
