Looks like a scam

Looks like a scam. The pictures and location do not match. If you Google the photos, you’ll see the same villa appears in Durban, South Africa, as well as in listings for apartments in Delhi, India, and even Tanzania. Some of the houses even show the exact same kitchen. The prices are also ridiculously low.
I tried contacting them on WhatsApp but didn’t get any proper response — only from someone calling himself Hendrick Molla, and there is no information about him online. Stay away!
