Very satisfied and happy buyer

I am a first time vanilla extract maker and bought 2 oz of the Madagascar vanilla beans the website was easy to navigate m beans were delivered in a timely manner I loved them so much so that I made a group buy soon after. Definitely see myself continuing to buy their products and recommend highly.

Streamlined ordering process

Streamlined ordering process. Fast delivery. Beans seem to be high quality. Time will tell the flavor of the bourbon vanilla extract.

Updating this review as follows: First order was perfect; however, my second order was short by half. I attempted to contact the company by leaving phone call messages several times and also by email. After six weeks with no response, I gave up but quietly waited another two weeks for an answer. Two months with no communication or resolution. If your order is perfect, they are wonderful, but be aware if there is a problem with your order, it may never be resolved and no refund offered.
