Bob, we appreciate your review and your long time business with us.
However, this review seems a bit premature. You contacted us yesterday about the issue with your package, and we informed you that we had already contacted USPS to investigate. We are still actively assisting you with this matter.
Unfortunately, once a package is in the hands of USPS, we cannot control delays or routing issues. While we wish we could instantly resolve shipping delays, we are dependent on the carrier to complete delivery.
We also noticed that the order number referenced in your review appears to be from November 21st,2025, and was shipped the very next day and arrived in 4 business days. We understand that this time period has typical delays due to the holidays but were in contact with you the whole time. While the order we are currently assisting you with was placed on February 28 (a Sunday)and shipped on March 1. Today is only the 7th business day as you had purchased economy shipping with an estimated shipping timeframe of 6 to 14 business days from the date of fulfillment.
We truly appreciate you being a longtime customer, and we understand how frustrating delays can be.
