SLOW WITHDRAWAL PROCESS! I think they should implement Exness's withdrawal system. The have more pairs that can be traded which is good! But the sole priority of the trader is his MONEY and how FAST he can get it! The traders Money should never be delayed.

I deposited funds on Sunday

I deposited funds on Sunday, not knowing it was a crypto account, it came back as funds not received. I sent email to customer support and they asked for a screen shot of the funds transfer, which I sent to them, now they want to know the sources of my funds if I understand correctly, I told them it was from my savings account at my bank, I also told them that I don't want to do business with them and please just refund my money to me. I am waiting for their response.
Not a very good experience.
My Bank account shows the funds were transferred to Faizan Traders? Does that sound right?

Scam - stay away

I made a request for a withdrawal and was asked to wait 24 hours.
24 hours later my request was still not processed. I followed up with customer services and was pushed from pillar to post.

I regret using this company and urge others to stay away

In this specific case, the initial withdrawal was temporarily paused due to an additional verification request sent by our automated system. Unfortunately, this request was not noticed at first, which caused a delay. Once the client contacted our support team, the case was immediately escalated to our back office, which requested the required additional information to complete the verification.

After the requested details were provided, withdrawals were fully re-enabled on 30.12, and the funds were successfully withdrawn the same day. On 01.01, the client contacted us again regarding another withdrawal, and we confirmed it was already being processed as expected.

We understand that waiting can be frustrating, but these checks are in place to protect client funds and prevent unauthorised transactions. Deposits and withdrawals are processed daily, and the vast majority are completed without issues once all verification requirements are met.

If any user experiences a delay, our support team and back office remain available to guide them through the process and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Issue with withdrawal through crypto

Recently I noticed an issue. My friend had deposited 50 USD to PrimeXBT. He exchanged that money into USDT which converted into 48 USDT. When we were trying to withdraw it through crypto (chain), it was showing the minimum withdrawal limit of 50 USDT. Therefore, we added 10 USDT more. When we tried to withdraw the amount again, that time the withdrawal limit increased and changed into minimum withdrawal=60 USDT. After so many attempts, at last we transferred that money to our local fiat wallet where minimum withdrawal limit was 10. I couldn't understand this issue.

Gold market blocked on MT5 real account while open everywhere else


I trade gold with PrimeXBT on a real MT5 account, and at the same time gold was fully tradable on other brokers and even on PrimeXBT’s own demo account, but on my real MT5 account it showed “Market closed” so I could not close my position or open new trades. Gold is normally available almost 24/5 with only a short daily break, so having it blocked for a longer period on the real account without any clear in‑platform notice is not acceptable.When I contacted support, they told me it was because of a “daily push break” for the market, but that explanation does not make sense, because the same gold instrument was open on other platforms and on PrimeXBT demo at exactly the same time. This situation limited my risk management and position control, and I expect PrimeXBT to be more transparent about the real trading hours on MT5 live accounts and to display clear warnings when they impose additional trading stops on important instruments like gold.

Your demo account remained unaffected, which understandably caused confusion and impacted your ability to manage your position effectively.

Our supervisor has already clarified the situation in a follow-up communication, and we extend our apologies once again for both the platform interruption and the inaccurate explanation initially provided by our support team.
