This I believe is a fake company. Do not buy from this company. A jumper ordered for my teenage son on 14th Dec. Today is 22nd Dec, goods still not received by Royal Mail and obviously not received in time for Xmas. No phone number to call. One email which went to my junk. I will be disputing the payment with my bank and attempting to refund my pyt. Shame on primo whoever you are for defrauding customers at Christmas.

Made an order in September for £82. 3 weeks later still hadn’t heard anything. Finally got a response back to say sorry and it’s delayed. They an email to say they will have to refund the order. It’s now 16th November and I have no refund still. Quite literally been robbed!! Unbelievably poor company. Avoid at all costs!!

Had ordered some stuff from this website a couple of years ago with no issues however totally different experience this time around. Bought some protein powder around 6 weeks ago and a week later was told this was delayed due to shipping issues in Europe. If I could give no stars I would!!! Absolute s**t show of a company!!! Reading other reviews mine is very similar. Ordered one size of trainers… they sent wrong size. I returned straight away ( paying £8.95) heard nothing… I sent email after email…. Instagram messages most days. Now and again I’d get a reply saying their PayPal won’t work to do a refund. Finally this morning after going through PayPal and citizens advice I’ve been refunded. I returned trainers on august 24th!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
ABSOLUTE CIRCUS OF A COMPANY
Absolutely inept and backwards company. Ordered some trainers in a size 8 and they blatantly sent the wrong size to me (shows they have no checks before shipping). When contacted, they told me to follow the returns procedure (buyer liable for postage) again, when pressed on this, as it was their mistake, they sent a prepaid label for me to send item back. Had to chase them to confirm the item had been received back to which they told me they had received and it has now been refunded and stated it can take up to 10 working days. Fine, but 14 working days later there’s still no sign of a refund. Emailed them to no avail and the contact number on their website (a mobile number - extremely odd) never rings through and goes to EE answerphone. Absolutely awful service, possibly the worst service I have ever encountered while online shopping. Website now doesn’t work and there is no way to contact them - brill! The company is obviously run/managed by fools and would absolutely avoid ordering anything from them like the plague. Unfortunately, I had to give them 1 star on this review when even that is astronomically generous. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Wouldn’t even give this company a star. Absolute joke of a company ordered new balance shoes if them and it said be 3-5 working days and it’s been 4 weeks. With no communication and Iv tried emailing there customer service at least 5 different occasions and no response. Avoid at all cost. Is there anything I can do to escalate this with no communication?
