Absolutely disgraceful and despicable…

Absolutely disgraceful and despicable people and business. Ordered a wheelchair on 12.9.25 for a terminally ill family member. Was told it would arrive in 3-5 days, still waiting! Have emailed countless times to request a refund as the wheelchair never arrived and the family member has now passed away. Constantly being ignored with no refund received. Absolute scam artists!!! Do not purchase from these unscrupulous people!

Primrose Blom no wheelchair received.

Ordered wheel chair 11/09/2025 said it was dispatched but not received and ignoring my messages and emails. All links to the company, that I’ve tried, for the order and dispatch details are now broken. Phone number is not working either. Would have given it no stars if I could.

I ordered an electric wheelchair from…

I ordered an electric wheelchair from this place last Sunday told it would be here. 2-4 days as it comes from London and £15 delivery still no parcel . No tracking info that works no replies back when asking for refund this is a 0 star but had to use the 1 really dissatisfied no refund no messages back nothing
