I ordered some earrings and they arrived quickly considered it was the bank holiday weekend. Unfortunately one of the earrings had some gem stones missing. I reported this to customer services and got a prompt response that they would immediately send out a replacement pair to arrive the next day… and the did, this time they are fault free.
